Representative Ted Yoho 511 Cannon House Office Building Washington, D.C. 20515
Dear Representative Yoho:
Prompting this letter are two questions that require answers. The record shows Congress debat- ed and passed H.R. 4435, the National Defense Authorization Act. Before passage the record shows you voted thusly.

Ultimately, you voted Yea on the final bill which contains authority for the detention of Ameri- can citizens without due process. It nullifies the Fifth Amendment you swore and oath to protect and defend. Does voting PRESENT harm your manhood? You have a choice. Why didnt you excise it?

The other issue that requires explanation is your Yea vote on the Electrify Africa Act. This bill directs the President to establish a multiyear policy/partnership, and funding strategy to assist countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
You have consistently stated that were broke yet you know, everything Washington does costs tax money. The American people suffer under a 17 Trillion dollar debt imposed by criminal con- gresses past and present. It is still l climbing yet you and Corrine Brown voted yes on this bill. This begs the question: Where in the Constitution did you find the authority to vote Yea on a welfare bill to a foreign entity.
You are on record saying While serving our Nation, veterans were held accountable. They deserve no less from their government Since Im a veteran I am looking forward to your reply.
Yours in the Bill of Rights,
Roy G. Callahan Cuban Missile Crisis and Vietnam Veteran
