MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:









Job tasks

Placing customer orders in the system in accordance with external customers established
requirements
Order tracking throughout the process until the equipment is delivered to the end customer
Optimizing the interface between departments involved in the order - delivery process of the
equipment/product to the end customer
End to end case oversight and liaison with any other relevant departments in order to address
customers needs
Update and maintain the catalogues for each accunt
Internal process compliance and adherence
External process compliance and adherence
Strong involvement in the SOP (standard operation procedure) documentation update
Monitor the process throughout the entire supply chain
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and high data
accuracy
Ensure that established business control standards are applied to all engagements and fully
compliant to audit requirements, thus assuring HPs financial security
Complying with HP Code of Business Conduct
Good understanding and adherence to HP values
Good understanding and use of HP internal connections

OTHER RESPONSABILITIES:








Responsibilities related to health and safety at work regulations:
Understand and follow company's health and safety policies and their applicability
Not to proceed with arbitrarily turning off, modifying, changing or removing of the equipment/
machinery and to operate these devices correctly
Instantly reporting to the manager or responsible employees of any situation that might pose
danger to the health and safety of the workers and of any individual injuries
Attend Health and Safety at work trainings, whenever required


JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Knowledge, competence, experience)




Bachelor degree
Any previous work experience would be a plus
Mastery in English & any other European language (written and spoken)

PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge (Excel- medium, Outlook- advanced, Access - medium)
Knowledge and experience with SAP would be a plus
Financial and Accounting knowledge would be an advantage
