Built a corporate IT team comprised of in-house (10) and outsourced staff (2-5) in support of 250
employees of this FDA and ATF regulated flavor and fragrance manufacturer.
Managed seamless relocation of all systems, network infrastructure and telecomm to a new
office facility.
Evaluated alternatives, negotiated $300K savings, and implemented new ERP and integrated
shop floor control system for two divisions. Employed full project life cycle, project
management, risk management and scope change management for on-time/on-budget delivery.
Converted existing T1 wide area networking architecture to MPLS, reducing costs by 20% and
providing redundancy.
Achieved 25% energy savings by designing and implementing modernized network
