Milja Hofman - Roamingwise

Milja started her career in International
Roaming as a TADIG Tester and Project
Manager with Telfort/ O2 in The Netherlands.
She continued working in the Roaming team
as a Product Manager, responsible for the
implementation of CAMEL and GPRS
Roaming, as well as the marketing side of
the Roaming portfolio. Before starting up
Roamingwise, Milja worked as a Trainer at
MACH in Luxembourg, where she enjoyed
delivering Roaming Industry trainings
worldwide. Milja has a broad Roaming
experience and knowledge which she uses
in her current trainings and consultancy
assignments at Roamingwise.
Erik Vrolijk Connect2Roam

Following a successful managerial career
within Finance & Wholesale at the KPN
Mobile Group, Erik Vrolijk founded
Connect2Roam early 2007 with the aim of
building a company that specializes in
business solutions for wholesale
telecommunication. Over the past years,
Connect2Roam has successfully advised
established and start-up MVNO's, mobile
operators, service providers, the European
Commission, national regulators and
vendors in the mobile industry. These
companies have chosen Connect2Roam
for our outstanding experience and
contacts in the industry.

Raymond Bouwman is an international
industry expert in telecommunication
specialised in international roaming,
wholesale, interconnection and number
portability. Rabin Consultancy has been
involved with roaming billing implemen-
tation, roaming Clearing House selection
and implementation, national roaming,
design and implementation of wholesale
parties, IMSI management and roaming
hubbing. He has assisted ITU, the European
Union, and the African Union and worked
out roaming and roaming related studies
for these organisations.
