Check the Grade of the bolt and apply the desired Minimum Tensile
(PSI) and verify the bolt diameter for torque FT / LBS.

C. TEST EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS CRITERIA
1. Torque-type Screw driver or Beam-type Torque Wrench or Ratchet-type Torque Wrench shall have valid calibration date.
2. Select the torque (Foot Pounds) range according to the bolt size and type of bolt material.
3. Select the torque (Foot Pounds) range according to the type of screw material.
4. Apply check mark on each connection after torque and also check mark on the associated drawing, sketch or single line diagram for cross check.
D. TEST RESULTS
1. Use and Modify the attached forms based on requirements
3. Test insulation between overall drain and armour.
5. The torque values shall be selected according to the material of bolt and the accessories.
