reimbursement vouchers
Responsible for management or running various vendor payment run or payment cycle and as per
requirement making manual payments.
Responsible for contacting and resolving various vendor or supplier related enquiry.
Responsible to provide the training to team member as and when required and for the
documentation of changes in the SOP.
Responsible for maintaining various GST or Tax related reports or document to comply with the
Singapore Taxation system.
Responsible for bank reconciliation and resolving the discrepancies therein.
Responsible for running various Daily, Weekly and monthly report and reporting them to the
management.
