In my opinion, an ideal educational system doesnt exist in any country of the

world, because no one and nothing is perfect. Although this system doesnt exist,
I can imagine how would be an ideal system of education.
First, I would like to begin by saying that, in my opinion, the hours from 8 am are
most inappropriate. I think it would be better if a school day started at least at 9,
for students to not be so tired in the morning.
Secondly, I think it would be better if the hours of study, would be combined with
practice. So, students would be more interested and more attention and the
lessons would be more interactive.
On the other hand, I believe that we are studying too many subjects, and some of
them are not interesting for the students. It would be better to have a smaller
number of subjects, but to deepen them much more, depending on everyone's
pleasure. For example, if I liked geography, I would like more hours per week of
geography, instead of studying subjects like philosophy, music, psychology, logic
and more. Referring to the history that we study in school, I have a curiosity: we
learn about the history of all states, but does, foreign students learn about the
history of our country? I think not. So I think that we, Romanian students learn
much more than foreign students. Many of them just learn the basics.
On the other hand, I think we should use more technology that is so useful.
Internet access is absolutely necessary. It is sad that there are in Romania schools
that have no minimum necessary conditions for students.
Last but not least, I believe that our teachers should be better paid, because it is
very hard to teach so many students and get nice performance. It must appreciate
teachers who are so dedicated to their profession, that they work overtime and
are not paid for this.
In conclusion, an ideal educational system is unreal yet, but we can hope that
sometimes it will exist.


This year, I participated in the National Geography Olympiad which offered me a
very pleasant experience. I have visited an area that I have never visited before
and I made new friends that I hope to see them again in college.
What surprised me was that my colleagues were very friendly and they spoke
with me like they knew me a long time ago, although they saw me for the first
time. The whole week was very beautiful, I learned many things, but my biggest
regret is that I havent managed to make my teacher to be very proud of me. I
have not received a prize, only a participation diploma.
Two weeks ago, I participated in the contest of Geography geomondis where I
received the first prize and I think this is a beautiful performance. I hope in the
future to be better in what I do because I do all with pleasure and dedication. I
will go to the Faculty of Geography in Timisoara and I hope in the future to
become very skilled in this area.
