Welcome onboard.


1) PASSAGE PLAN.
- Inside the 2O file folder at radio room computer.
- Need to report to company via Captain on every voyage.
- All passage plans will be print and kept inside the file provided on bridge.

2) CHARTS.
- All chart last corrected until week 25/2012.
- Latest NTM onboard week 25/2012, Week 26-32 still not supplied.

3) PUBLICATION.
- All publication onboard corrected until week 25/2012 and update all required
voyage publication.
- Need to report to company via C/O every 3 months.
- Pls follow up requisition form no.46

5) MEDICIAL.
- Medical inventory is corrected on the date of 30 jun, 2010 and
- Pls refer to medical locker list for more info.
- Medical lockers are kept in hospital.
- Medical inventory form and illness report form are also to be kept on bridge.
- Keep all detail record of usage of medicine, medical log is in hospital.
- Need to report to company via C/O every 3 months
- Pls follow up requisition form no.46

6) BRIDGE AND RADIO EQUIPMENT.
- Pls carried out daily, weekly and monthly test,check and inspection as per SMS
manual.
- Refer to LSA and FFA file for more detail.
- EPIRB HRU Expired at April 2013.
- SART BATERIES Expired at March 2013.SART TEST SIGNAL CAN
RECEIVE ON RADAR WHEN TURN TO SWITCH ON BUTTON.







7) LOG RECORD BOOKS.
- Two Radar Log Record
- GMDSS Log Record
- Chronometer Record
- PANAMA Official log book
- GPS Log
- Pls update all log record on board for good works

8) STATIONARY INVENTORY
- List is corrected upto 31 july and further use is recorded.
- All printer paper for bridge equipments is in the locker on starboard side bridge.


9) MUSTER LIST AND EMERGENCY DUTY AND RESPOSIBILITIES.
- Refer to EMERGENCY MUSTER LIST.
- Assign Life Boat is No.1 on STBD side.

10) VESSEL OPERATION.
- Currently our vessel on charter by HOLCIM.
- Next port is Hongkong for receiving Bunker and head to Hongai, Vietnam.

11) PPE
- One pcs safety helmet,life jacket and immersion suit for 2
nd
Mate inside in
cabins locker are good condition.

12) WORKING CH (VHF)
- Hong Kong Mardep VHF CH 12
- Onboard walkie-talkie channel is 3 and your calling name is Honor2.


NOTE: GMDSS MF/HF EQUIPMENT IS NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY and already
arranged to service by shore technician on this port and gyro(Model-CMZ700S)has got
some problem and report to Captain. Now we are using good function gyro(CMZ300X).
