General Objectives of the Program

In line with the Pamantasan Mission and Vision and the General and Specific Objectives
of the College of Engineering the ONthe!ob "raining Program aims to#
1. Provide the OJT trainee an exposure to the actual technical aspects of the
different Engineering professions;
2. Facilitate the trainee a gainful experience, b appling and relating the learned
theories ac!uired in school to real industrial settings and proble"s;
#. $ive the students a %ider insight of diverse operations, practices, "ethodologies and
controls presentl used in industr;
&. 'nculcate an opti"istic attitude, confidence and "otivation that "ust be possessed b a
responsible professional in delivering assigned tas(s; and

Additional Objectives of the On-the Job Training Program
1. To reinforce and strengthen the students acade"ic s(ills.
2. To provide basic bac(ground instructions and to help OJT trainees prepare for
business-industr occupations and related professions.
