ZUMBA GOLD provides modified, lower impact, easy to follow moves for active older adults. Still expect the zesty Latin music & the party-like atmosphere found in regular Zumba class. Feel exhilarated!
ZUMBA TONING combines target body sculpting exercises & high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie burning, strength training, dance fitness party. Use lightweight maraca-like toning sticks to enhance rhythm & tone arms, abs, glutes & thighs.
