CONDITIONS TO RENT A CAR

The present contract is to be signed on the basis of the clauses, described on the back of the
form The! are an integral part of the concluded agreement for renting a car

'ith the present contract T&E (ESSOR rents a car to the TENANT under the follo)ing
conditions*
II DE(I+ERIN, AND &ANDIN, O+ER T&E CAR
II- +E&IC(E is deli.ered to T&E TENANT in e/cellent technical condition and a good
appearance, )ith the obligator! e0uipment, re0uired b! Traffic police T&E
TENANT has the obligation to return the car )ith all the documents gi.en according
to the terms and place stipulated and in the same state
II1 Dela!ing the returning of the car is to be paid out b! T&E TENANT ha.ing in mind a
rate )hich is specified in the price2list
II3 T&E TENANT, discharging its duties to return the rented .ehicle for more than 14
hours since the date that e/pire the terms stipulated, )ithout )arning T&E (ESSOR,
is concerned a misappropriation 5usurpation6 and T&E (ESSOR informs the
authorities 5T&E 7INISTR8 O% T&E INTERNA( A%%AIRS and T&E
INS"RANCE CO79AN86, putting up the car and the client for in0uir! and
reser.ing all the rights on that contract
III DA7A,ES AND 7ISSED #ENE%ITS
III- Damages, caused b! T&E TENANT as a conse0uence of an illegal use of the
car 5taking alcohol, drugs or taking part in a competition, etc6 are totall! at
TENANT:S e/pense
III1 Damages, caused b! T&E TENANT, for )hich the same does not hand in a
)ritten statement b! Traffic police, are paid totall! b! T&E TENANT
III3 The responsibilit! concerning damages to third persons, if the! are caused
through T&E TENANT:s fault, is taken b! him and he o)es the sum, paid according
the accident insurance ;Citi<en responsibilit!= b! the insurance compan! in the total
legal prescription term
III4 In case of loosing, destro!ing or steeling a counterfoil, or the number of the
car, for a time limit of three da!s T&E TENANT pa!s a penalt! amounting to the
o)ed rent price of the car
III> In case of loosing, destro!ing or steeling a ke!, T&E TENANT o)es its e0ual

III? In case of damages caused b! T&E TENANT:S fault, )hose remo.al re0uires
an idle time for the car to sta! in a ser.ice, T&E TENANT has the right to ask for the
pa!ment of >@A of the rent price of the car for the time limit of an idle time like a
missed benefit
I+ 9RICES AND DE9OSIT
I+- The rent price of the car is determined on the basis of the price to use it for one
da! onl!, defined in a tariff, )hich is inseparable part of the contract, according to the
rent period It is paid in the moment of recei.ing the car
I+1 The deposit is a guarantee for the car and cannot be used as a pa!ment in case
of prolonging the contract After returning the car, the deposit is about to be gi.en
back If an! small obBects are found missing or damaged, also in case that the car is
returned )ithout gas or )ith less gas than the concerned before, its .alue is kept back
from the deposit
I+3 T&E TENANT is obligated to pa! a deposit at the rate, determined in the tariff
C in the moment of concluding the agreement
I+4 In case of an! damages caused, for )hich T&E TENANT presents a )ritten
statement b! the Traffic police, the deposit is held until the damages are paid b! the
insurance agent
I+> In case of an! caused damages, for )hich T&E TENANT does not present a
)ritten statement b! the Traffic police, the! are kept back from the deposit
I+? If the damages e/ceed the deposit sum, and T&E TENANT does not present a
)ritten statement b! the Traffic police or the authorities, T&E (ESSOR has the right
to be completel! pro.ided for them
+ RES9ONSI#I(IT8 O% T&E (ESSOR
+-T&E (ESSOR does not take the responsibilit! for damages, caused b! the tenant or
other persons, a result of failure of the rented car
+1T&E TENANT is bound to replace the car b! other in 14 hours term at e/pense of the
firm, in case that the rented b! him car does not ha.e the possibilit! to continue to the
signed contract and the fault lies )ith the lessor
+I O#(I,ATIONS AND RES9ONSI#I(ITIES O% T&E TENANT
+I- T&E TENANT is bound to*
aD use the car according to its function and take care of it as a good proprietorE
bD in case of car accident, damage or disrepair, to take all the measures necessar! to sa.e,
reduce andDor contract the damages of the rented .ehicle
cD in case of car accident or damage of the .ehicle, not including small incidents C to
obser.e the rules of (a) of the motion in the roads and The regulations for its application
concerning preparing a )ritten statement and other documents In a 14 hours term from
the damageDthe accident, but not later than the e/piring term of the contract, the tenant
informs the lessor about it, gi.ing all the facts, circumstances and data 5names of e!e2
)itnesses, etc6 In connection )ith the accident, also to collaborate completel! to the
(ESSOR and the insurance compan! to make clearer the incident and the damages
caused
+I1 T&E TENANT has no right to*
aD to use the car for pulling other .ehicle or trailers, and also participate in competitions,
teachings, trainings, testsE to transport large, loose goods
bD to dri.e the car drunk or after taking drugs or narcotics
cD to gi.e the car to other persons or to use it for tra.eling abroad
+I3 T&E TENANT has to posses a dri.ing license )hich is in order, )ith more
than three !ears practice
+I4 T&E TENANT agrees his personal data, fulfilled in the contract, to be used for
puniti.e and insurance amenabilit!
+II CONC("DIN, DECREES
+II- All the changes and anne/es to the contract, including all the documents that
represent its implementation are .alid, if the! ha.e been prepared in a )ritten form
and ha.e been signed b! authori<ed representati.es of both sides
+II1 All the contro.ersies about signing, changing, implementation or suspending
the contract are decided through negociations bet)een both parties, and in case that
no consent is reached C b! the court of Bustice
+II3 %or all the unsettled and proceeding from the contract cases are applied the
decrees of article 11F213G from Regulation of the obligations and the contracts, (a)
of the motion in the roads and the other bills from the operati.e legislation, arranging
