Room rates are per person and for the full academic year 2013-14.
Please note: All residences remain open during breaks and holiday periods.
The Housing Contract & License Agreement is for the full academic year 2013-14.

For students new to Housing in
spring semester ONLY

Withdrawal, Leaves of Absence, and Academic dismissals from the University
Students who withdraw, take a leave of absence, or receive an academic dismissal may be enttled to
some refund of housing fees depending on the date the room is vacated and if a tuiton refund is granted.

Disciplinary Dismissals
A resident whose housing is terminated for disciplinary reasons received no refund.

Voluntary Cancellatons
Students can cancel their housing applicaton or room assignment in writng prior to moving in.
The cancellaton fees are as follows:
Forfeit $250 deposit, plus $500 cancellaton fee

Forfeit $250 deposit, plus $1,000 cancellaton fee

Forfeit $250 deposit, plus 25% of your fall semester room rate

Forfeit $250 deposit, plus 50% of your fall semester room rate

Forfeit $250 deposit, plus 75% of your fall semester room rate

Resident is responsible for full annual housing cost
