I hope that today you learned that Cassius is the specific cause of the death
of Julius Caesar. Cassius was not bettering Rome by murdering Caesar. He made it
even more corrupted by murdering a fellow senator. This is betrayal of the
highest degree. Caesar was gaining power and popularity. This is not a reason for
him to be murdered. He was a positive to society. He was a great warrior who
won many battle for Rome. His heart was always for Rome wanting to make it
soupier. Is there a problem with his strong work ethic and his strong heart? No.
But Cassius was jealous. He conversed a group of senators to secretly murdered
Julius Caesar. Our witnesses that we pulled up on the stand gave us information
about the possible causes of the murder and other details. Calpurnia showed
superstition and Anthony showed betrayal. You cant trust anyone even when
you thought you could. Cassius showed this very well. Cassius is a manipulative,
backstabbing, conniving, trader. He needs to be punished for his action against
Rome. He didnt just betray Caesar, he betrayed Rome. If you dont think you are
affected by this, then you should rethink that. It gives Rome a bad reputation for
greed and jealously. This is what the world see you as. Show what kind of people
you really are. If you want to show others that you arent a corrupt society full of
corrupt people then put Cassius away with the title of guilty.
