Note: Pirelli Ground strap not included
2.0 Install Pirelli Grounding Kit. Butt outer contact ring to cable jacket.
3.0 Seal ground wire. Spiral wrap 1 mastic strip around ground wire insulation. Double fold two mastic
strips into 4 layers and apply one along each side of spiral wrapped mastic.

1.0 Prepare cable per standard practices.

4.0 Apply two half-lapped layers of Scotch 13 semi-conducting tape. Start 1/4" beyond metallic shield and
continue 6" onto cable jacket.

5.0 Slide the cold shrink tube onto the cable loose core end first.

7.0 Apply marker tape 4 1/2" from end of cable semi-con. Slide termination onto cable, then install lug.
