Social Isolation is a torture tactic. The United States is using the torture tactic of social isolation
on its own citizens. It does this by using a tactic called Gang Stalking and getting surrounding
neighbors to use it on ordinary citizens. The target leaves her home - a neighbor Gang Stalker
walks behind her car. The target leaves her home - a Gang Stalking neighbor enters his home
or driveway. The target leaves her home - a Gang Stalking neighbor is leaving his/her home or
driveway. This goes on every day for years with neighbors enlisted to Gang Stalk the citizen
every time she leaves her home. In addition, the U.S. Government gets neighbors to engage in
UNREMITTING HARASSMENT - beeping to harass, the use of NOISE for sleep deprivation
and harassment.

I would like to emphasize in none of the above videos am I saying the people I
videotaped are Gang Stalkers. I'm not a mind reader. I don't know a person's
intentions. I just take video of my exiting my home to provoke an investigation into the
brutal Government Gang Stalking I will have endured 8 years this May.

OUT OF THE 23 VIDEOS I HAVE TAKEN OF MY EXITING MY HOME IN JANUARY
ABOUT 50% - INVOLVE SOMEONE PULLING IN OR PULLING OUT, COMING IN OR
COMING OUT OF THEIR HOME OR PASSING MY HOME as I exit my driveway. Select a
street that gets little traffic as mine does in Costa Serena. Randomly select a house where the
person leaves their home once a day as I do. See if 50% of the time they exit their driveway
someone else on their block is pulling in or pulling out, coming in or coming out of their home
or passing by their home as they exit their driveway.

Same Time Exit/Entry is One of The Main Tactics Used By Our Sick, Corrupt Government In
Government Gang Stalking. My contention is they get surrounding neighbors to Gang Stalk
their targets to socially isolate them - a torture tactic.
I Come Home - Neighbor Across Street Getting Into His Car - 1/27/2014
Today, one day after I posted videos of my exiting my driveway in January
above, as I left my home for our outing there was no one on the street either
entering or exiting their driveway at the same time. As I came back to my
home this evening - 1/27/2014 - I took this video of my neighbor across the
street who was was getting into his car. Why do I take video of my entries and
exits from my home? I have been a Government Gang Stalking Target for 7
years and one of the tactics our corrupt and sick Government use in their
Gang Stalking program is Same Time Exit/Entry. I would like to stress I never
say individuals are Gang Stalkers. I am not a mind reader. I don't know
people's intentions. I just show the patterns I see every day to provoke an
investigation into Government Gang Stalking.
