Clause 12. Repairs and Alterations / Tenant

consent o! Landlord, Tenant will not ma.e any re"airs or alterations to
the "remises.

any altered or new b$rglar alarm system.
Clause 13. 2iolating La3s and Causing $istur/ances
Tenant is entitled to 6$iet enjoyment o! the "remises. Tenant and g$est
or initees will not $se the "remises or adjacent areas in s$ch a way as
to& ()) iolate any law or ordinance, incl$ding laws "rohibiting the $se,
"ossession or sale o! illegal dr$gs2 (2) commit waste (seere "ro"erty
damage)2 or (3) create a n$isance by annoying, dist$rbing,
inconeniencing or inter!ering with the 6$iet enjoyment and "eace and
6$iet o! any other tenant or nearby resident.
