The accommodaon booked is not transferable and is valid only if one of the ID card noted above is presented duringthe journey. The ERS/VRM/SMSsent by
IRCTC along with the valid ID proof in original would be veried by TTE with the name and PNR on the chart. If the passenger fail to produce/display
ERS/VRM/SMSsent by IRCTC due to any eventuality (loss, damaged mobile/laptop etc.) but has the prescribed original proof of identy, a penalty of Rs.50/-
per cket as applicable to such cases will be levied. The cket checking sta On board/O board will give Excess Fare Ticket for the same.
E-cket cancellaons are permied through www.irctc.co.in by the user.
Obtain cercate from the TTE /Conductor in case of PARTIALLY waitlisted e-cket, LESSNO. OF PASSENGERStravelled, A.C.FAILURE, TRAVEL IN LOWER CLASS.
This original cercate must be sent to GGM (IT), IRCTC Ltd., Internet TickengCentre, IRCA Building, State Entry Road, New Delhi-110055 aer ling on-line
refund request for claimingrefund.
Passengers are advised not to carry inammable/dangerous/explosive arcles as part of their luggage and also to desist from smokingin the trains.

Identy Card / Passport / PAN Card / Driving License / Photo ID card issued by Central/State Govt./Public
Sector Undertakings of State/Central Government, District Administraons, Municipal bodies and Panchayat
Administraons. Student Identy Card with photograph issued by recognized School or College for their
students / Naonalized Bank Passbook with photograph /Credit Cards issued by Banks with laminated
photograph / Unique Idencaon Card "Aadhaar".
General rules/ Informaon for e-cket passenger have to be studied by the customer for cancellaon &
refund.
