Who doesnt love orange

and pineapple together? We
add some celery for its mild
veggie flavor and to boost
the benefits!

It is a well-known fact that

blueberries are antioxidant
powerhouses, and weve yet
to meet anyone who doesnt
love their flavor as well. In
fact, blueberries are considered a superfood because
they have a low sugar content and contain a lot of fiber
as well as a large amount of
cancer-fighting antioxidants.
Theres nothing we dont
love about blueberries, and
here we use them to liven up
a classic pineapple-orange
juice.

One of our favorite raspberry

facts is that they contain high
levels of the phytonutrients
ellagic acid and anthocyanins. These antioxidant
compounds are antiaging
and anti-inflammatory.
Although they are tiny
fruits, raspberries contain
significant amounts of these
phytonutrients, which can
protect the body from disease and chronic illness.

CITRUS 10
The perfect combination
of sweet and tart, this juice
always shows up on our
menu in late spring or early
summer during cherry season. Sweet cherries contain
vitamin A and melatonin,
a hormone that is naturally
secreted in the pineal gland
in our brain. It is known for
regulating sleep, fighting jet
lag, and even slowing down
the aging process!
