business/commercial organization and prepare a report of about 1000 words on the issue allotted to you to
be submitted to your teacher for evaluation.

You are required to select one of the following issues according to the last digit of your roll number. For
example, if your roll number is P-3427180 then you will select issue

Issues:
1. Awareness about the quality improvement is necessary to capture the market. You are required to
study the awareness programs/strategies of a private sector organization.
2. Maslows hierarchy of needs is one of the leading motivation theories. You are required to study
total system quality management of an organization in the light this motivation theory.
3. Union of employees is one of the important parties in the organization. You are required to study a
services organization and analyze the role of Employees union in the continuous quality
improvement process.

10. Environmental management system has great relationship with health and safety. You are required
