My love for music started at a young age, it began with putting music on at
family gatherings and eventually led to becoming a professional DJ at the
age of 15. My interest then grew into composition of electronic music
which led to learning the piano. Given the late start on the instrument my
teacher thought it was best to begin with learning the skills needed to
perform in an ensemble. The world of Jazz and Latin Jazz was presented
to me and this paved the path to my studies and education for the next
decade on piano. During this time completed a Diploma of Jazz/Popular
and a Graduate Certificate of Popular Music at NMT (2003).

The friendships made at NMT led to the formation of my first original
(serious) band Fizard (2001" Live Hip Hop Band). Fizard went on to win
Triple J Unearthed in 2003, receiving airplay from Triple J and Nova FM.
The band had the opportunity to tour around Australia multiple times, supporting the likes of
Grandmaster Flash but all good things come to an end and so Fizard disbanded in 2006. was then
asked to join the Paris Wells project during her early stage and the band went on to play at various
festivals (Main Stage St Kilda Festival), supports (Rod Steward) and television slots (Adam Hill
Show, Sunrise) and is now currently taking a hiatus while Paris resides in the UK. These have been
my two biggest projects to date.

've also had the good fortunate to compose for various art installations (GAWK @ Fed Square,
2010) and theatrical performance (Walking Whale Circus @ Melbourne Museum, NCA 2009).
Amongst all of this sit in with various little melbourne outfits for casual, private and corporate
events.

My love for music is quite diverse, believe there is a style for every occasion so why choose. try

Craft Club:

Parent Craft Club will be getting together on Monday 23 June
for our final making session of the term. Our plan is to make colourful felt stars
that can be turned into fairy wands and shooting star toys. This is a hand sewing
project - bring along scissors and embroidery needles if you have them. Any wool
felt and embroidery thread is appreciated too.

Everyone is welcome, no matter what your skill level. There is room for small
children to play too! Please join us in the After Care room just after assembly.
