NEW for 2016! For all indoor sessions, whether for maternity pictures,
a newborn session, baby milestone sessions, childrens portrait sessions,
or a family session during colder months, I will bring the necessary items
to have a fabulous session right in your own home!

This is exciting because that means less fuss for

you and your family. No more rushing to the
kids out the door or fighting traffic.
Less Stress = Happy Families = Better Pictures!

This means well not only be able to create classic posed portraits you might come to
expect from a studio setting, but now well also have the opportunity to capture more
relaxed, lifestyle portraiture of you and your family having fun together in the very place
you do life every day. Im thrilled to be able to breathe more life into your pictures by
shooting in your home, a place that holds great meaning to your family and where you
have made so many memories together. These have become some of my very favorite
type of pictures of my own family and I know you will treasure them as well!
One thing that will never change about our sessions together is safety. Its my #1 priority
during your session and, as such, know that I take great care to customize various poses
according to the age & stage of your unique child. On top of this, no matter where we
hold your session, you can feel secure in knowing your family is protected with our full
liability insurance, something few photographers carry as part of their business.
PLEASE NOTE Due to the nature of travel and the additional expense it brings
to my business, my standard service area is an 18 mile radius from 63304 zipcode;
for locations that fall outside of this, an added travel fee will apply.

Prices in this guide do not include sales tax or shipping fees; this applies to all services and physical print products/artwork, in
accordance with state law. These additional fees will be added on during checkout: tax rate: 5.95%; we ship USPS Priority Mail flat rate.

// Service Radius & Travel Fee //

Rates listed in this guide are for our standard service area which is a radius of 18 miles from zipcode 63304. Locations 18
miles outside of 63304 will be charged a travel fee of $14.00 per mile beyond the included 18. Please contact us with your
address for an exact upgrade cost as it applies to where you are located.

// Payment Terms //
All session prices include a $150* non-refundable deposit due within 3 days of booking along with a completed
client agreement to secure your date on our calendar; if not paid within 3 days, that spot will be made available to other
interested families for scheduling purposes. Optional upgrades must also be added to and paid for with your deposit (see below).
The remainder of your session fee is due within 7 days of when your online gallery of images is presented. Your images will
be delivered approximately 2-3 weeks following your session date. If you elect to purchase any physical products above and beyond
what is included in your session package, charges for these items will also be collected at the time of your online gallery order.
*The deposit and remaining due for session bundles are unique in the deposit amount required.

// Payment Options //
The most popular way to pay is online using your credit or debit card via our online cart system. If for some reason you are
unable to pay online, please let us know and we can provide details for paying by check. Please note that in either case,
we will be unable to hold your date or process any portrait order until your payment has cleared.

// Refund Policy //
While service fees, deposits, upgrades, and products are non-refundable due to the nature of our business, it is our goal to
make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your portrait experience. Please contact us within 7 days of your gallery
delivery with any concerns.

// Upgrade Fees & Print Credit Details //

Optional upgrades must be stated at the time of booking and fees paid with your deposit. Print credits that are included
with session packages do not hold any cash value and cannot be swapped/credited towards another type of product;
you may elect not to use the credit if you prefer. Thank you for your understanding.
