difference? What would be worthy of doing? Decide on one and develop a name for your enterprise and a short
statement outlining what you want to achieve and why.

most likely to change as you find out more, this is just to get you started and into the action and learning together on a
common idea with a common goal)
Visualize how it would be when you have achieved what you plan to do, the product being sold or used, the event
happening, the service in place and being used or the problem being acted upon and improved.
DiscoverWhat will it take? What needs to happen for the dream to be achieved? What do you already know and
understand, what else do you need to find out?. Commence seeking out the information you may need to know and what
you need to be able to do to solve the problem, provide the service, run the event or product. Who would know what you
need to find out? Who would could help?
Designstarting from the future the dream, develop an action plan and timeline. List all the things that need to be done
and in what order. Decide what roles will team members need to take on for you to achieve your dream. Share your plan
with others to get feedback to strengthen your planning.
Deliverimplement the action plan to complete the solution, service or create the product. Along the way take the time
to share what you are doing with others in the team to seek their feedback.
