"Say Hari"(Lord's name) and by that bring to consciousness all the
exploits of the Lord,how playfully He destroyed the evil and protected the
good; the very sound of it-that is why it is said chant Hari-produces
vibrations in the body and surroundings that ushers in harmony and
balance of our system( coherence in the brain reflected on EEG
measurement and balance of sympathetic and parasympathetic branch of
the autonomic nervous system).

HARI BOL - Chant the name of Hari (Vishnu)
Hari - is a name of Lord Vishnu from the Vishnu Sahasranama. Chanting
the name of Hari has a great spiritual effect. It has a tremendous spiritual
vibration and is effectively used in japa (repeating prayers) and kirtan
(repeating the names in the form of devotional songs). "Hari bol, Hari
bol!"sing the name of Hari has been the advice of many great saints
throughout Hindu history. Hari means "the remover." When one
remembers His name and repeats it, sins, karmas and bad astrological
effects are steadily erased. This is the power of the name of Hari. The
name also has the force to reduce ignorance. The reduction of illusion
culminates in the deathless state when birth and death cease. The most
famous mantra is Hari OM. Its essential meaning is that Hari is OM. As
OM is the primordial cosmic vibration from which sprang the entire
cosmos and all creation, we can thus understand a fraction of the
greatness of Hari. Hari Om is a universal mantra and contains within itself
the cosmic vibration.

I take what is offered in holy sacrifices

hari maens krishna,ram ,vishnu,etc ek ko yaad karo sabhi ka sumiran ho
jayega.

There are nine processes of devotional service namely hearing,
chanting, remembering the Lord, offering prayers etc. Of these nine,
Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu advised all devotees to accept chanting
of Lords names constantly as the easiest means of deliverance in this
age of Kali.
Therefore when we chant Hari Bol we are helping each other by
reminding each other of this urgent neccesity to chant Krishnas
names.
We can say either Hari Bol or Hare Krishna whenever we want, either
during happiness or distress, either during success or failure. There is
no certain time when we should remember Krishna because we are
supposed to remember Krishna always. So whenever you can, please
chant Hare Krishna or Hari Bol. Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and His
associates personally chanted Hari Bol in great ecstacy.
