Lease contract

as follow:

Article 1

Owner leased and tenant leases office space which is located in Sarajevo, street ____________
total area of ______ m2 in a commercial building, which consists of two identical production
facilities, together with toilets in the yard office building and which was built on a plot
designated with _________, economic courtyard with accompanying nearby
land, with monthly rents from 1.000,00 (word: onethousand KM) concept of time
my tenure of 2 (two) years, starting from ___________ till _______, possibility deadline
extension, which will conclude a separate contract.


Article 2

Contracting partners agree to state that the owner from this contract is owner's premises in
violation of Article 1 of this agreement with the 1/1 parts.


Article 3

The tenant receives rental of office space in Article 1 this agreement at the time the lease of 2
(two) years, starting from _________ till __________ up with monthly rents from 1.000,00 KM.

Article 4

Rents in Article 1 this contract lessee will pay each of the first, but not later than 10 th of the
month from the day when the lease runs, payment to the current account owner number:
__________________ at ___________ Bank DD, ______________


Article 5
The contract partners agree that the office space is seen in the receiving state, and all the costs of
adaptation, equipping, and the purpose of bringing him before the start of the relationship will
bear client that comes in possession of premises entered from the date of signing of this contract.
The tenant agrees that upon the termination of this contract, commercial property from Article 1
this contract will bring to a state in which it was received.




Article 6

The contracting partners are agree that tenant office space can be used for performing a
registered activity and agree that each of them retains the right to terminate this contract with a
notice period of 30 days.




Article 7

For everything that is not covered by this Agreement shall apply the provisions of the lease
commercial buildings and premises and the Law on Obligations.

Article 8

For the case of possible disputes hereunder shall be competent Municipal Court Sarajevo as
matter and territorial jurisdiction of the court.

Article 9

This agreement was concluded in 5 (five) identical copies of each contracting party after
verification of signatures on this contract to keep 2 (two) copies of themselves.
