The [Two-Year-Delayed]-Holocaust-Education-Mandate was passed today by the legislature after the

House concurred in Senate amendments [unanimously (197-0)]; thus, a signing-ceremony is imminent.

In a related matter [Holocaust Minimalization, a neologism c/o ZOA-Prez Mort Klein], I spoke with
Betsy Leebron Tutelman, Ph.D., Senior Vice Provost for Strategic Communications of Temple University
[215-204-2483, betsy@temple.edu] who restated Temples official statement in this regard:

It is Temple University's position that the ample historical evidence, scholarship and
research regarding the horrific impact of the Holocaust on the Jewish people is a strong
counterpoint to Dr. Alessio Lerro's statements. Dr. Lerro's opinion is solely his own and
not that of Temple University. Temple University condemns in the strongest possible
terms the disparagement of any person or persons based on religion, nationality, race,
gender, sexual orientation or identity.

It is desirable to recap the initial database [which has been amplified by awareness that Jim Keegstra,
who has died @ age-80, was a Holocaust denying high school teacher, mechanic, and mayor of Eckville,
Alta., whose prosecution for the wilful promotion of hatred went all the way to the Supreme Court of
Canada, where the controversial law was upheld as a fair limit on free speech]:

An article in the Exponent noted that it is Time to step down, Temple University Adjunct
Professor Alessio Lerro, due to anti-Semitism that has been widely-condemned locally
and nationally [as was explored in a recent Blast e-mail, based on an article published
on June 5, 2014, detailed five times in May, cited in temple-news, and noted by the ADL.
[He was educated @ rutgers per his C.V.; he was awarded an SAS Mellon Summer
Research Grant to travel to two European archives (Glasgow and Naples) to research
the role of visual culture (typography, paintings, emblems) in Giambattista Vico's
Principi di Scienza Nuova; wrote a chapter in Trains, Literature, and Culture: Reading and
Writing the Rails, excerpted; and uploaded a banjo-medley.]

His posting related to the Modern Language Associations resolution
condemning Israel [It is time that Zionists are asked to finally account
for their support to the illegal occupation of Palestine since 1967. This
resolution rightly targets only Israel given the humongous influence that
Jewish scholars have in the decision making process of Academia in
general.]. Fortunately, the Modern Language Association of America
announced that its members failed to muster the 10% vote required to
pass this resolution that would have condemned Israel for several
alleged incidents in which US academics were denied entry to the West
Bank; the Modern Language Association failed to pass a resolution
Wednesday that would have condemned Israel as an occupying power
after not enough of its members bothered to vote. This escapade was

What is vital, here is that he recalled The Horror of Holocaust Denial.

Temple Adjunct Professor Alessio Lerro was arguing that Jews are
exaggerating the extent of the Holocaust to obtain policitcal
advantages. In the course of supporting the Modern Langue
Associations new anti-Israel resolution, Lerro wrote this about the
Holocaust: 6 million? Mh we all know [or should know] that the
counting of Jews is a bit controversial. Lerro is a reportedly a gamer,
and CBS Locals Dom Giordano reports that mh is internet slang for
map hack, a term meaning cheating to gain an advantage. In other
words, Lerro is arguing that Jews are gaming the Holocaust numbers
in order to gain a political advantage in public debates.

Lerro also reportedly accused Jewish scholars of manipulating
academia and charged that it is time that Zionists are asked to finally
account for their support to the illegal occupation of Palestine since
1967. Here we have a fine example of the ugly stereotypes that
underlie Holocaust denial and Holocaust minimization. It is highly
disturbing to finds these stereotypes circulated by a university
professor.

A Temple University spokesman appeared to support Lerros comments,
or at least to reject efforts to condemn them, arguing that the exercise
of academic freedom necessarily results in a vigorous exchange of
ideas, although the spokesman later added that the views and
opinions of any individual are those of the individual and not those of
the university. While academic freedom certainly results in a robust
exchange of ideas, it need not result in an ugly exchange of racist
canards. An institution of higher learning, like Temple University,
should understand the difference between debatable views and
opinions and classical expressions of bigotry.

Its growing acceptability was reflected in the fact that TEMPLE UNIVERSITY WOULD NOT
CONDEMN HIM; Temple University stated that a professor who accused Jews of
potentially exaggerating the Holocaust to gain power and influence has the right to do
so because of academic freedom. The key-question is whether anything can be done by
activists in this regard, particularly by Temples alumni/-ae. The situation appears similar
to events surrounding revelations of Sterlings racism, notwithstanding the shrouded
environment through which the information had been revealed. What has not been
achieved, yet, is any type of acknowledgement by this guy of his error; the lack of
contrition, one would think, should be damning.

Betsy ended her e-mail by attempting to deflect attention [Regarding your request for clarification of
Dr. Lerros comments, I would suggest that you contact him directly], but this was not responsive to the
specific request I had made, as was reflected in my response [This differs from what you said, when I
asked whether the university would ask that he clarify the record; you stated, I believe, that you are not
willing to discuss personnel decisions and, thus, that you would not ask that he clarify the record with
regard to accusations of Holocaust Denial.], to which she has yet to reply, despite my explicit coda
[Please confirm the accuracy of this facet of our conversation.] It would seem that the next step is
chatting-up the Dean of his department, starting with the Italian entries on the Temple U. website.

The US Senate Commerce Committee, chaired by Sen. John Rockefeller, scheduled a
hearing on June 18 at 2:30 P.M. to lobby for FDAs proposed deeming regulation (that
would ban >99% of e-cigs and give the e-cig industry to Big Tobacco and perhaps NJOY)
and, yet again, to accuse falsely e-cig companies of target marketing to youth. Although
the witness panel includes two e-cig prohibitionists and two e-cig manufacturers, all five
scheduled testifiers (AAPs Susanne Tanski, CTFKs Matt Myers, blus Jason Healy, NJOYs
Craig Weiss and Scott Ballin) have publicly advocated FDA regulation of e-cigs. Also:

- since 2009, Obama's FDA and CDC, and Big Pharma funded
CTFK, AAP, ACS, AHA, ALA have falsely accused e-cig companies of
target marketing to youth despite no evidence,
- FDAs proposed deeming regulation would ban >99% of e-cig
products and would give the e-cig industry to Big Tobacco companies
and perhaps NJOY,
- e-cigs have helped more than a million cigarette smokers quit
smoking,
- e-cigs are target market to adult cigarette smokers and vapers,
and virtually all e-cigs have been consumed by adult smokers and
former smokers who switched to vaping,
- there is no evidence that any nonsmoking youth (or adult) has
become a daily vaper,
- 38 states have already banned the sale of e-cigs to minors
despite hypocritical opposition by CTFK, ACS, AHA, ALA.

The vehicle bill for Sen. Rockefeller's June 18 hearing is S. 2047: Protecting Children
from Electronic Cigarette Advertising Act of 2014, co-sponsored by Democrat Sens.
Boxer, Durbin, Harkin, Blumenthal, Markey, Brown); it has NO chance of enactment, has
negligible chance of Senate passage, and probably wont be passed by the Senate
Commerce Cmte.

At Wednesday's hearing, Senate Democrats and e-cig prohibitionists Matt Myers and
Suzanne Tanski almost certainly will cite the Democrats outrageous April 2014 report
"Gateway to Addiction" that falsely accuses all e-cig ads of targeting youth; know that
Sens. Rockefeller, Boxer, Blumenthal and Markey are on the Senate Commerce Cmte
and helped draft the outrageous Gateway to Addiction report.

Hillary has it both ways - During her tenure as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton has supported
negotiations with the Iran on limiting its nuclear program, talks that have stretched out for years. The
2016 Democratic frontrunner came out against deepening sanctions against the Islamist nation earlier
this year, backing Obama administration talks that led to a short-term agreement that eased U.S.
sanctions and freed-up cash for Iran in return for marginal limits on enrichment. Clinton, though, turned
skeptical about striking a deal in remarks to some audiences, telling one group I am also personally
skeptical that the Iranians would follow through and deliver. I have seen their behavior over the years.
But this is a development that is worth testing. Iranian behavior has reverted to stretching out talks
toward a longer term U.S.-Iran nuke deal faces a July 20 deadline. The 2016 political calculus for Clinton
is delicate with a base that is ever-wary of her hawkishness.
Sen. Rand Paul [R-Ky.] said Clintons biggest dereliction was to have never read the diplomatic cables
from Ambassador Christopher Stevens, who was killed in the attack, providing updates for the on-the-
ground situation in Libya. She never read them. Its a dereliction of duty. Its something that should
preclude Hillary Clinton from every being considered as commander in chief.
For the first time on her book tour, Clinton encounters people from different points in her life.

Obama's wrong foreign activities were made ON PURPOSE by plan and not as accidental mistakes, to
fulfill his wrong ideology; thus, people must be convinced to vote for the right Senators and
Congressmen in Nov. 2014 to stop Obama from compounding these errors. Here are BHOs eleven
foreign policy blunders committed during the past three years:

* USA still "negotiating" on Iran Nuke... Last week, the US delegation was told by White House: "Dont
leave talks with Iran without an improved interim deal" [Even so the Iranian negotiators did not move

... the P5+1 negotiations with Iran are at an impasse, with no chance of achieving their goal of a final
nuclear accord by the July deadline ..." A US official said that the bilateral stage was fitted to engage in
as much active diplomacy as possible; we can test whether we can reach a diplomatic solution with Iran
on its nuclear program.... accompanying round after round of failed discussions...."

* It is not a surprised attack by ISIS (al-Qaida branch] on Iraq as "even last year ISIS began moving
fighting strength from Syria to Iraq - flocking to the ISIS campaign against Nuri al-Maliki," [Iraqi PM], as

"....The American intelligence community is only now scrambling to draw up a potential target list in
Iraq, and possibly Syriaeven though the threat of ISIS has been visibly growing for years."

* The US had delivered a major blow to its Israeli ally after announcing that the US government would
work with the new Palestinian unity government backed by the Hamas terrorist organization- On other
hand, Egypts president punishes Hamas, Jihadi Islami in Gaza, fires up strife in Palestinian government
.....while the USA stopped Finance aid to Egyptians who are fighting the Muslim brotherhood, Hamas
and terrorists:

* First mistake was to remove Kaddafi as "Kaddafi was the best success of western countries in last 15

Tehran has thus provided itself with the option of improving on Washingtons offer by getting a
better deal from Moscow. This maneuver also brings to the attention of the Obama administration that
Iran means henceforth to line up its Middle East policy and strategy with Moscow."

My suggestion: Senators and Congressmen should force Obama to listen to the Israelis who said in
October 2013 that this is a BAD agreement and to resume the sanctions on Iran. Now "The American
source commented wryly that the two-day Geneva encounter would undoubtedly provide the stage for
further US concessions if the delegation wishes to come out with any sort of accord in hand."

We need to vote for the right Senators and Congressmen in Nov 2014 in order to stop Obama from
more wrong activities.

only force as "negotiation" is their strong weapon to get more and more from the west without giving
back anything.

March 14 by sending Saudi troops into Bahrain to prop up the king against the Shiite-led disturbances
organized by Tehran's Lebanese surrogate, Hizballah.....Saudi Arabia king accused US-led diplomacy of
giving Tehran a clear field".. Their message to Washington is that the Gulf nations are now making

Action, As Suggested above: We better convince people (with the data here) to vote for the right

Under its commander, Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, Al Qaedas Islamic State in Iraq and Levant ISIS - formed
up Wednesday night, June 11, to march on Baghdad in two columns one from Tikrit, which fell a few
hours earlier, to Taji, just 20 km from the capital; the second from Tuz Khormato, 55 km south of the
northern oil center of Kirkuk.

The Shiite Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki ordered the last two divisions and six mechanized brigades,
totaling 50,000, still operational out of his million-strong army, to build a defensive line to save Baghdad
and the seat of Iraqi government from the enemy......

DEBKAfiles military and intelligence sources report that al Qaedas march of conquest at incredible
speed, while causing havoc and misery across Iraq, is also beginning to mutate from a terrorist assault
into an insurgency. It is gathering up a growing following of disaffected Sunnis ready for revolt against
the Shiite-led government in Baghdad.

Sunni Muslims account for around one-third of the Iraqi population of 35 million....
Our military sources found various Sunni militias, who had never before followed al Qaeda - not during
the American occupation, or even last year when al ISIS began moving fighting strength from Syria to
Iraq - flocking to the ISIS campaign against Nuri al-Maliki.

Among them are not only demoralized army commanders, but adherents of the dictator Saddam
Husseins secular Baath Party, who have come out of retirement to join the jihad against Shiite rule.
Wednesday night, the panic-stricken Al- Maliki accused Sunni politicians and army chiefs of betraying
the Iraqi motherland. He refused to believe that Al Qaeda had been able unaided to conquer northern
and central Iraq in a two-day blitz, unless it was the fruit of a long conspiracy carried out between the
Islamists and Sunni leaders behind his back. The Iraqi prime minister alleged that the Sunni plotters
against the government had provided Al-Baghdadi with intelligence, funds and arms caches ready for his
fighters to use.
