ABSTRACT

Safe Internet is an Internet Content Filtering tool that can primarily be used to keep the
teenage Internet browsing risk free. This tool can be used to Block/Filter inappropriate
content of Webages based on the profile settings. This pro!ect will ha"e two modules.
The administrator module and the ser"ice module. The ser"ice module will work as a
background ser"ice to pro"ide the user a safe internet e#perience as per the instructions
of the administrator. The complete features of the tool are listed below.

The Safe internet is a browser free application so that it will work with any web browser
like I+, -o.illa, and /pera etc. The application will monitor the downloading contents as
well as the uploading contents.
Applications
Safe Internet can be used as a parental control solution that helps parents protect their
children and monitor their Internet use. This can also be used in corporate en"ironment to
reduce the Internet Slacking.
Implementation
The pro!ect Safe Internet can de"eloped using 0a"a. The application has the same
working principles of a pro#y ser"er. The Safe Internet plus programme aims to promote
safer use of the Internet and new online technologies, particularly for children, and to
fight against illegal content and content unwanted by the end1user,
2ou3"e probably heard stories about people who get into trouble in chat rooms. Because
users can easily remain anonymous, chat rooms often attract people who are interested in
more than !ust chatting. They3ll sometimes ask "isitors for information about themsel"es,
their families, or where they li"e 4 information that shouldn3t be gi"en away.
5sually, the people who re6uest personal information like home addresses, phone
numbers, and email addresses use this information to fill mailbo#es and answering
machines with ad"ertisements. In some cases, though, predators may use this information
to begin illegal or indecent relationships or to harm a person3s or family3s well1being.
/f course, the Internet is home to millions of places you can and should "isit. 7ike an
infinite library, the Web can take you to the ends of the earth with the information it
contains.

EXISTING SYSTEM:
In +#isting system there is no facility to block the Webages and website directly. To
recharge your mobile or you need to go particular website to do such actions.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
;ere we proposed a system which contains to block any websites or Webages directly
with a small operation. :nd also there is registration for users. By this registration the
user can recharge their mobile phones or <T; directly from our application.

change their password.
