IMTS 2010 Space Allocation Procedures

Criteria used for assigning exhibit space for IMTS 2010 (in order of importance):

Deadline date: Applications with deposits postmarked by October 6, 2008, will be assigned first.
New assignments will be made on a space available basis.
 Product groupings by pavilion.

Act now, for the best possible space assignment for IMTS 2010. Please complete this application in its entirety. It is
important to make sure you are categorized correctly. Complete application and mail with your 10% deposit* (in US
dollars) today.

We understand that acceptance of this application for space in IMTS 2010 does not constitute an agreement to provide
space in a specific location, that no advance assurances will be given regarding the location of space assigned, and that
the decisions of the Show Committee and AMT staff regarding space assignments will be final, subject to reassignment in
accordance with the Show rules.

Submission of this application constitutes acceptance by the applicant of the terms printed herein and all attempts to vary those terms (including
this paragraph) without the express written consent of AMT - The Association For Manufacturing Technology are null and void.

We hereby accept for ourselves and our representatives, employer and agents, and agree to be bound by all the rules, terms, and conditions
contained in the “Rules Governing All Exhibits.” We are enclosing a deposit with this application, which represents 10% of total space cost. We
understand that this deposit is refundable only in the event that an assignment cannot be made due to lack of exhibit space. Note: There will
be three additional non-refundable payments, due as follows: (1) with return of contract (April 15, 2009), (2) January 15, 2010, and (3)
April 15, 2010. If any of these deadlines have passed at the time contract is returned, the total amount due at that time must accom-
pany the contract.

Space payments are non-refundable. In the event that EXHIBITOR fails to use all or part of any space contracted for, no part of any payment will
be returned to EXHIBITOR. However, a percentage of some forfeited payments can be applied to IMTS 2012. For cancellations made between
April 15, 2009, and April 15, 2010, the initial 10% deposit and the 30% final payment are non-refundable. The 30% payment with contract and
the 30% third payment are 50% applicable to IMTS 2012 space payment.
All payments are forfeited for any cancellation made after April 15, 2010.

*Deposit must accompany application in order for actual space assignment to be made.
