Dear Ms. Ruiz:
I am requesting 50,000php from the NDAP Foundation to develop a nutritional educational
project called Weight Management. This project is aiming to reduce the number of
underweight, overweight and obesity in Sta. Mesa, Manila. Your contribution to develop
Weight Management in Sta. Mesa, Manila will present teachers and nutrition students to
closely teach proper nutrition in the Barangays of Sta. Mesa. The said project will need different
equipment to measure height and weight according to the varied nutritional condition of
people.
Sta. Mesa area is known for having a high rate of malnutrition in the past years. Our goal is to
promote healthy living and improve nutritional status of the community; we also want to
establish simple nutrition library and clinics for the community to gain knowledge and
awareness of their health. Our project will benefit people living in the area. It may help to
reduce morbidity and mortality in their community.
A grant for 50,000php will be used to develop the curriculum, promote the project to area
schools, feeding programs, library and clinics. We will implement the project upon grant
notification.
I encourage you to contact Chrysler Quintos, Nutrition Director, at 111-111-1111, or

arrange a tour of the area at your convenience.
