biological and personality traits that makes a particular act a crime, thus making the person a criminal/victims; the role of the

I COURSE DESCRIPTION :
An overview on the different techniques in karatido, aikido, judo, arnis and boxing wherein student should learn in order for them
to defend themselves specially in a critical situation. This involves learning the different correct patterns movements in their
form, sequence, blocks, punches and kicks must be done for the correct position. Proper energy management will ensure the
martial artists able to complete martial arts with consistent power and effective technique. The martial artists should trained the
students on how to breath correctly in order to overcome obstacles such as fear, anxiety, stress and physical exertions. The
origins of aikido, karatedo, judo, arnis and boxing, Although some karate techniques also involve grappling and holding, it
should not be confused with judo, which does not permit striking or kicking ones opponent.

This course on criminal Justice System is an interdisciplinary study of the police, the prosecution, the court, correction and the
community in the Philippine and American setting. It prevents to students, the future law officers, the linkages of its five pillars
(police, prosecution, court, correction and the community) and their interactions is bringing about a well-balanced action for
justice to the criminal.
Obviously, the study is tailor made for the protection of the offender who commit crime, but at the same time protecting the some
violator from the violation of their rights by criminal justice agents- the police. This study depicts the police as the prime mover
of the system, the criminal is the superstar whereas, the victim is the forgotten man.

I COURSE DESCRIPTION :
An overview of this subject involves the discussion on the different factors that cause vehicle crashes. Provides seven essential
strategies for driving defensively, stresses importance of driving defensively through familiarity of vehicle, awareness of vehicle,
coexistence on other drivers and used of seatbelt. Emphasizes on the importance of controlling the distractions while driving, and
shows the potential consequences while eating, talking on the phone or taking eyes off the road while driving. It shows also safe
driving techniques for adverse weather conditions, skids, tire blowouts, and break failures. Describes many hazards of winter
driving and techniques that drivers can used to deal with them, and covers basics of safe driving on the job.

This course describes the historical background on the importance of fingerprint, the Bertillion System, the Henry-Galton system.
The types of fingerprint pattern and its characteristics. It also warrants the scientific method of collecting latent print impressions
and method of taking fingerprint standard for comparison. Further describes the use of fingerprint in identifying criminals and its
application to crime scene investigation.

This involves the study on martial arts either stand-up program or ground techniques wherein these will serves as strong
foundation, not only teaching the basic character-building traits like discipline, respect and confidence, but teaches also real self-
defense skills. It focuses on ground-fighting techniques and uses basic principles of leverage which enable smaller practitioner to
defeat and escape from bigger opponents. Martial arts allow the use of punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and stand-up grappling.
The importance of martial arts in training the students the skills of hand-to-hand fighting.

Special Security involves human barriers. This is designed to meet the needs of students to determine the importance of special

problems. Special security explains the regulations, policies and procedures pertaining to the safety problem of any persons of an
establishments. This explains benefits to the employees and keeps them informed of all changes on security matters. Then

I COURSE DESCRIPTION :
This course gives the students the basic know how of police photography starting from the simple camera to advance camera and
their components. This will also give the students opportunity to learn the methods of film developing, correct equivalent
exposure and appropriate film to use on certain conditions. Further familiarize them on the Single Lens Reflex (SLR) camera
commonly used in police operation and learn the procedure in crime scene photography.

disaster-resident communities. Emergency Preparedness gives initiatives to each individual to establish and improve their
respective emergency preparedness plans and able to encounter any disaster.

and its legal implications. Laboratory works in forensic ballistics. Use of bullet comparison microscope and bullet recovery box.

homogeneous body under a single command; problems in budgetting; personnel management, including recruitment; selection
and training; rules in production, position classification, compensation, fringe benefits, rules in suspension, dismissal, retirement,
methods and procedures in handling administrative records, preparation of statistical reports, the Decimal System of reports and
the accomplishment of numerous types of police forces. The study include team policing and neighborhood oriented policing and

psychological impact of uniformed patrolman and conspicuously marked patrol car as crime deterrents; sociological study of the

Type-print Examination and Counterfeiting, Documents is the one of the broad class of physical evidence that can come to the
attention of police investigators, document examiner or investigative agencies in variety of form: checks, passports, automobile
registrations, drivers licenses, will and testaments, deeds, school records, military records, marriage licenses, and many at some
time be examined at the crime laboratory.

This study the introduction to firefighter safety and development which includes fire protection rules and regulations, fire
science, personal protective equipment, self contained breathing apparatus, fire reports and records. This subject deals with the
discussion on core on fire service subjects; demonstrate the use of self-contained breathing apparatus; explain and identify fire

This subject describes the analytical method for the determination of the death of a person. The blood levels in postmortem cases

seriousness, etc. Based on a material of examinations of alleged victims of torture some of the types of lesions are discussed.
