Prayer of Invocation:
O Lord, our Maker, Redeemer, and Comforter, we are assembled
in Your presence to hear Your holy Word. We pray You to open
our hearts by Your Holy Spirit, that through the preaching of
Your Word we may be taught to repent of our sins, to believe on
Jesus in life and death, and to grow day by day in grace and
holiness. Hear us for Christs sake. Amen.

Holy Communion
We come to the table this morning at the invitation of the Lord,
receiving the body and blood of Christ for the forgiveness of our
sins. Baptized Christians who share this faith and wish to join us
at the table are welcome. Young children may be brought forward
for a blessing.

A Word of Thanks
Thanks to the Buffalo Plains Historical Society for the continued
upkeep of the Lily Lutheran Church building and grounds.
Special thanks to Reverend Kris Snyder for leading our worship
this morning

Our Preacher and Presider Today:
The Reverend Kris L. Snyder is the grandson of Clarence and
Eunice Stadsklev and the son of Janet (LeRoy) Snyder. He is an
ordained Lutheran pastor serving Our Saviours Lutheran Church
in Ackley, Iowa and serves as director of staff chaplain for the
Marshalltown Medical & Surgical Center.

Fellowship Today:
There will be a buffalo feed up at the AmVets hall in Lily
immediately following the worship service.
