from eighth grade into their first year at Harrison High
School?

What is Link Crew?
A transition program that welcomes freshmen and
makes them feel comfortable.
Students can help students succeed.
Leaders guide the freshmen to discover what it
takes to be successful.
If students have a positive experience their first
year in high school, their chance for success
increases dramatically.
Provides the structure for freshmen to receive
support and guidance from students who have
been through the challenges that high school
poses.

Conclusions:
Overall, freshmen attendance has increased
from Fall 2012 to Fall 2013. Absences have
decreased by 17%.
Freshmen failing one or more core classes
decreased by 18.4% from Fall 2012 to Fall 2013.
