BACKDROP
Self awareness is central to being a successful leader. Controlling oneself is the key to commanding others
effectively. Warren Bennis called the management of self (knowing your skills and deploying them
effectively) a leadership commandment. Management of self is critical, he says, because without it,
leaders and managers can do more harm than good. Like incompetent doctors, incompetent managers can
make life worse; make people sicker and less vital. Such an enlightened person can usher in optimal
productivity and thereby will be instrumental to the growth and development of the organization.

METHODOLOGY
Training pedagogy would be a mix of various simulation exercises, group activities and mind stilling exercises.
FACULTY
Dr. Neetu Jain, Asst. Professor (OB /HRM), is MSc. (Chem), MBA (HR) and a doctoral degree from
University of Banasthali. She holds Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD and has qualified UGC-
NET. Recipient of AIMS International Outstanding Young Management Researcher Award and Rashtriya
Gaurav Award, 2009, she has eleven years of teaching experience in reputed management institutes. She has
also been an invited speaker in several forums of social concerns and conducted several MDPs on Stress
Management, Anger Management, Cognitive Reorientation, Meditation Sessions, & Mind Stilling Exercises
.She teaches courses in organizational behaviour and human resource management at FORE School of
Management. Having a consistently good academic record, she has presented several papers in national and
international conferences & contributed research papers to well known journals and periodicals. Her research
work published in the form of a book titled New Spiritual Foundations of Management was released by Dr.
Bengt Gustavsson, Stockholm University, Sweden in an International conference organized by Indian
Business Academy, Greater Noida, in 2008. Her academic areas of interest include Training and
Development, Stress Management, Self Management and Indian Management Systems and Practices.

Residential FORE School of Management shall provide assistance in arranging suitable accommodation on
specific request on payment basis.

One complimentary nomination on non-residential basis for every group of three nominations from the
