One of the most important things when we talk about health is how we practice healthy habits by ourselves to have
and promote this style of life in our daily routines. In this unit we are going to explain how good habits can change
our lifes style and the activities presented in this unit are meant to be useful to people to change their habits at the
moment of eating and practicing sports to enhanced their quality of life.

In the beginning activities students will be evaluated with a Warm up activity as an ice breaking. In the developing activites
students will answer questions trough online activities using one note tool and students will share their comments on a
facebook chat group. In the ending activities students will be evaluated with help of a rubric.

tiles or dig through your old board games for the type of dice that contain all the letters of the alphabet. %ou could also write each
letter on a separate & by ' inch card. The goal is to randomly choose a letter of the alphabet( no matter how you do it. )n the

$tudents can take turns rolling the dice and randomly choosing a letter. Then each student comes up with as many foods from
that food group that start with that letter of the alphabet. "hoever comes up with the most words in each round scores a point.
