Leading designer of state-of-the-art software solutions for electronic commerce on the World Wide Web,
including Web site design, infrastructure integration, SEO, and technical support with annual sales of $2M.
Manager, Sportsnutshop.com (2005 – 2009)
Sales Representative (2005)
Initially engaged as Sales Representative to promote sales of Web sites, SEO, and software integration. Within
six months began consulting on small SEO project to advance to GM for sportsnutshop.com. Led and expanded
start-up e-commerce site from 300 items to become major online player in merchandising and selling over
60,000 sports fan items. Conducted business analysis to determine profitability. Proceeded to manage all
aspects of Web site, product purchasing, product distribution, and customer support. Supervised up to five
internal employees, and an outsourced fulfillment contractor. Integrated accounting, online credit card
processing, and inventory control and oversaw all quality assurance, including user, back end administrative,
gateway, and CSV file interfaces. Created automated feeds for all major shopping engines and search engines.
 Accelerated annual growth by 400%, for three consecutive years despite limited project funding.
 Designed integrated inventory system to interface with accounting, shipping, credit card gateway, and
internet user interface that was productized and sold to other e-commerce clients as a packaged system.

Contracted as Field Sales Engineer to manage small NC metro territory with 250 reseller accounts. Promoted
networking and processing products, hosted local mass marketing presentations, conducted dealer surveys, and
collected data, to consistently rank in top 10% nationwide. Hired on and promoted to CAE role in 2000. Directed
and supported field initiatives throughout eastern US region and provided direct technical support for clients with
orders in excess of 100 units, including educational institutions. Served as liaison between engineering staff and
independent retailers to prepare market presentations. Designed, organized, and delivered mass marketing
events from simple regional shows to major national conventions. Trained and certified integration specialists
from 1999 - 2002, as one of only three certified training specialists in U.S.
