2. Introduction

Slot machines are very popular casino games. Although beating the slots has a lot to do with
luck, there are ways to maximize your chance to beat the slots and hit that big slot jackpot.
Start off learning the slots basics, such as how to play slot machines. You can beat the slots -
one armed bandits - fruit machines - without just being lucky. Knowing which slot machines
to play, which slot machines to avoid, and how to play the slots most effectively are all things
that can help you beat the slots. Slot machines all look the same on the outside, but they are
all set for certain payout percentages. You need to know where most casinos strategically
place the slot machines, giving the best payouts to maximise your chances of beating the slots.
They do not have equal probability of stopping on each position and they do not follow any
set pattern. I will teach you how to draw a floor plan of any casino you plan to investigate,
and how to be able, thanks to it, to locate the best machines to play, and the machines to stay
away from.

3. Slot payout percentages

Slot machines are preset at the factory as to what the payout percentage of any given machine
will be. The percentage is determined by the Casino ordering the slot machine but it must be
within the legal minimum set by the State of residence of the casino. It can be set over the
legal minimum but not under, at least according to the laws of the State. We are not implying
that casinos would do anything unethical in this regard but mistakes can happen. However,
losing a gambling licence for the sake of a few percentage points would not be very clever.
Payout percentages vary from Casino to Casino and even from slot to slot within a particular
Casino. You will often see signs posted regarding the percentage of payout particularly at the
dollar carousels. You might see as high as 98.2 % payback, this does not mean that for every
$100 you play you will get a return of 98.20, hardly. What it does mean is that over the "long"
haul the machine will pay back the posted percentage. Calculated in all of this are the small
wins and the jackpot wins, you could put $500 into a dollar slot machine and get very little
back, perhaps a hundred or two or even less. This does not mean the percentage payout is
incorrect, it simply, means that you have not experienced the 98.2% payback. The next guy
coming along may feed a few dollars into the slot machine and win a jackpot. In his case the
payback far exceeded the 98.2% posted on the carousel. And so you can see that over a longer
period of time it all averages out to the posted percentage.

Variations in payout percentage from Casino to Casino can vary widely, as a recently
published statistic showed. Nickel slots can swing from a low of 85.2 % to a high of 92.8% --
a fair difference of 7.6%. Quarter slot machines can vary from a low of 89.9% to an upper
limit of 95.2% -- a variance of 5.2%. Fifty cent slots can differ from a low of 89.8% to a high
of 96.1% and the dollar slots can be as low as 90.0% at the Claridge in Atlantic City to a high
of 96.5% at Sams Town in Missouri. The survey showed the $5 slots to have the widest
variation coming in at a low of 87.2% to a high of 97.1%.

With this in mind, I will show you how to know exactly which machines display the best
payback percentages, and, as a matter of fact, which slots to play, and which ones to stay
away from, no matter which casino you play in.
But before getting started, make sure you join the slot club before you begin to play. You

time you enter a casino, you are getting confused. But if you take some time to try to
understand how this method works, you should be able to earn much more money in slot
machines very quickly. Ive been using this method for a very long time now, like 3 or 4
years, and believe me, IT ACTUALLY WORKS. Please just make sure you get it before to
try to use it. You must be wondering: If its actually working, it must be illegal. Its not. It
is 100% legal as it is a METHOD.

But please keep it a secret, though. For me, for you, for the players, never ever at anytime tell

5. Which machines to play?

You can use this method on all the slot machines available in casinos. You want to use it on
dollar machines? No problem. You prefer quarter machines? Thats okay. But if you are used
to playing any of the other slot machines, like 5-cent machines for example, thats not a big
deal: just do it. This method is actually working on all the slot machines you are used to
playing.

6. Do slot machines have a weakness?

Well, actually, we cant really talk about a weakness. Slots are machines, so there is NO
WEAKNESS. However, you can improve your winnings by becoming able to locate the
loosest machines and learning exactly how they work. If you use the strategy you are going to
learn in my e-book, you will beat the slot machines. You wont CHEAT them. You will just
become better at guessing, thanks to the floor plan of the casinos, how to find the good
machines and how to stay away from the bad ones. You will learn later how to make these
plans. If you are willing to discover a simple strategy to beat slot machines, for sure you
wont find one. You will maybe find ways to try to cheat them, not actually working, or just
some methods to try to lose a bit less. But there is no strategy to always beat the slot
machines.

However, if you follow the rules I will teach you, you will highly increase your chances of
winning much more and much more often. If you dont know anything about casinos, some
people might succeed in convincing you that you can use a strategy or a technique to beat the

machines. Always. Dont believe that and try to implement my method correctly. This one
will work if you follow my advice. Trust me. My method wont prevent you from losing

money from time to time. It is not possible to avoid losses all the time. But it will help you to
win much more money than you lose each time you go to a casino, if you implement it

The strategy Im about to teach you is actually working for me, and makes me regularly hit
large J ackpots. Not always, to be honest. But much more often than before I learned it. I did
not win anything compared to what I win now each time I decide to use my coins in a casino.
First of all, the basis of this strategy is that you will have to make a floor plan of each casino
youre used to going to. The floor plan will help you to locate the machines to use to hit the
largest jackpots each time you enter a casino. Of course you sometimes might lose money.
But I will accurately explain to you how to win much more than you lose, and how to make
sure you wont leave a casino with less money in your pocket than you had when you arrived.
It is just a matter of time. Nothing else. The better you implement my advice, the more money
you will win.

You can just go to one casino. Or two. Or many more. The only thing that is very important is
to get familiar with all these casinos. You will have to know them better than you know
anything else. Better than your office, better than your car, better than even your own home!
Actually, the more you are used to them, the more you will know for sure how to beat them.
After drawing a floor plan of each one of the casinos and learning it, testing it, improving it
and using it, you will quickly be able to go straight to the high paying loose slot machines and
hit big jackpots very, very often. Maybe each time. But please be patient! Of course it is a
little bit hard to draw and learn a floor plan, when you are so eager and willing to use this
method in the first casino available! But you would be wasting your time. Take your time.
Follow my advice, and you will be able to win much more money without being a
professional player.

This system will require you to draw and learn perfectly the plan of the casinos you chose to
investigate. It might appear as something boring and useless, but it is absolutely indispensable
if you want to understand exactly how casinos work and where the loosest slot machines are
located. The main part of this method is actually based upon a marketing system used in all
casinos.

So lets start. Now, its time for you to learn how to find the best slots to play, and the slots to
stay away from! You will know everything about each machine, just thanks to your floor plan
of the casino(s). You are wondering how a simple plan could allow you to locate the high-
paying machines and how to make this plan, right? Well, everything you are wondering is
being told just right below these lines. Read it, read it again, read it over and over again,
actually. And try to memorize it as best you can. Take down notes if necessary (and believe
me, it is necessary). Are you ready? So lets discuss the most important points of this strategy.

7. Slot tips

If you are not a professional player, you will first need to read the slot tips that you will have
to keep in mind each time you enter a casino. Even if you are not a newbie, you might learn
some useful information below:

7.1 Slot tip One

This could save you money and frustration. Always read the pay-off information on each
machine, particularly on Pay for Play machines. These are usually three coin slot machines
with the first coin paying only on limited symbols, perhaps cherries and bars. The second coin
pays on the next set of symbols and the third coin pays on any win. The big win is with the
third coin. Many a player has turned up three sevens and stood in wonderment as to why they
didn't get paid. They only put one coin in the slot machine and one coin wont feed the Bull
dog on a Pay for Play. Know what you are playing and good luck.

7.2 Slot tip two

The cash out button controls the payout function, it either indicates credits or it drops the
coins in the tray. Be sure you have cashed all of your credits before leaving the machine. If
you are not sure of what to do, call an attendant and ask.

7.3 Slot tip three

Large jackpots are paid by the attendant; some machines pay partial jackpots and the
attendants pay the rest. Never leave your machine until you have received your total
winnings.

7.4 Slot tip four

When slot machines hoppers are low in coins they have a tendency to release coins very
slowly. The machines are timed to go into a "Tilt" mode when coins have not dropped into the
tray for a certain period, usually a minute or so. When this happens, stay with the machine
until an attendant arrives to open the machine and correct the problem. The counters on the
slot machine will show how many coins have been paid and how many are still owing.
Remember, when coins are being released slowly and sporadically the machine will probably
go into a "Tilt" mode. Stay with it until an attendant corrects the problem.

7.5 Slot tip five

When playing progressive slots or three liners or five liners, make sure you have inserted the
proper number of coins in the machine. It can be very frustrating to see a line of three sevens
and not get anything because you didn't insert the required number of coins; this is not good.

7.6 Slot tip six

Try to play on slot machines that certify at least 98% or higher payback or return. To help
beat the slots, play slot machines that are more popular because one of the reasons these
machines are so popular is that they have higher paybacks than the industry average. Also
play slot machines that have smaller jackpots because they have a higher hit frequency, which
makes them a better bet over the short term. Most slot machines are programmed to pay off a
certain amount for each coin played. Take a glance at the payoffs listed on the machine. If it
pays 1 coin 1,000, 2 for 2,000, 3 coins for 3,000, then you should play the maximum of 3
coins. The higher the denomination slot machine the higher the return percentages. To
maximize your chances to beat the slots, play at a higher denomination machine. It's
suggested that you slow down your play by pausing in between handle pulls. This will
increase your chances to beat the slots.

You will find that the lower the denomination slot machine, the worse the payoff. In other
words it may be cheaper to play 50c slot machines but they don't pay off very well. Finally,
linked payoff machines like Megabucks pay off much worse than standard slots. If your aim
is to truly beat the slots, then avoid those slot machines.

With these basic principles, you should be able to avoid making some of the main mistakes
that even professional players do.

8. Knowledge about slot machines

Here is a summary of what you need to know to better understand this method. Indeed, you
have to know the slots to know why some of them are better to use than others. Some basic
restrictions have already been set concerning slot machines: all slot machines have to give
back a percentage of what has been put in. This rate can be very different between two
machines. For example, Fruit Machines in United Kingdom, pay back about 70% of the
money put in, contrary to Las Vegas and Indian Casinos which may give back up to 98% of
the money inserted, according to the machines.

These high-percentage machines are called loose machines and Im about to show you how
to locate these loose machines with accuracy. One of the essential aspects of playing in
casinos is being able to locate the loosest machines to hit the greatest jackpots. Thats why I
wrote this e-book: to allow you to know which machines are loose and which ones are not,
and then which ones to play and which ones to stay away from. For this reason, the floor plan
of the casinos is very important. In United Kingdom, the payback percentage of each Fruit
Machine is located in a small print at the top of each machine. But in USA, this is not the
case. Thats why you will need to make a floor plan of the casino you plan to investigate, in
order to find the loosest slot machines.

9. Lets find the loose slots

In all casinos, Slot machines have always been located in specific areas. Casinos put them in
some strategic places for marketing reasons. So the first thing to learn is where to locate the
loosest machines, and why they are ALWAYS located in the same places in the casinos.
Here are your best bets:
Machines that pay you off in coins
Snack bars, eateries, coffee shops
Change booths
Machines close to the ATM machines
The walk into the casino
Crosswalks and squares
Slots raised into view / carousels
Locations with enough space for a crowd to gather
Machines close to the entrance of the bathrooms

9.1 Machines that pay off in coins

Usually, the machines that pay off in coins (and not in tickets) are loose machines for a very
obvious reason:
The noise made by the coins falling out into the coin tray each time a big jackpot is hit will
attract people walking by and make them be eager and willing to spend their money in these
machines.

9.2 Snack bars, eateries, coffee shops

You can always find high-paying machines around these places. Why? Because even though
casinos make money selling food and drinks, they make more if people are playing! It is very
important for them to sell snacks, food and non-alcoholic drinks to allow people to have a
rest, but they dont want players to spend too much time eating and drinking ! For this reason,
they need to put loose machines around all places where you can eat and drink. You will see
people winning money, and then finish your food and drink and resume play as fast as you
can.

9.3 Change booths

Do I need to explain you why you always find some of the loosest slot machines around the
change booths? I guess not! For those who are still wondering, here is the explanation: when
casinos are very crowded, people willing to get change from the change booths are always
standing in line, and sometimes have to wait for a long time to reach the change booths.
During this time, people will see other players win money right next to them, and decide to
change much more money. This method is a very well-known marketing system, that actually
works!

9.4 Machines close to the ATM machines

For the same reason as above, loose machines are placed close to the automatic teller
machines to make people withdraw much more money as they see or hear players hitting big
jackpots.

9.5 The walk into the casino

At the beginning, casinos placed the loosest machines at the front of the building, right next to
the entrance, so as to encourage people walking by to enter the casino and begin to spend their
money. But nowadays, this has changed. Indeed, casinos now prefer to have people inside, not
too close to the exit, and place the high-paying machines in the walk into the casino to entice
people to come and reach the main areas, where the low-paying machines are actually
standing.

9.6 Crosswalks and squares

The aim of the high-paying machines is to make people spend more money when they see
players hitting big jackpots with them. Then people will spend their money on the loose
machinesbut also on the low-paying slots! So the loose slots are always placed in areas that
people can easily see and locate. That is the case for Crosswalks (areas used to get from one
slot bank to another) and Squares (sections where the slot banks are usually smaller, and
sometimes even feature just one single slot).

9.7 Slots raised into view/carousels

Here, the explanation is the same as above: the machines raised into areas being seen very
easily from various places in the casino will be loose slot machines.

9.8 Places with enough space for a crowd to gather

Once again, loose slot machines will be standing in this kind of place: you can often see many
people talking together and having a break in these places. Thats why the loose slots will be
there too! Casinos want people to hit big jackpots with these machines more often, so that the
noise makes people think they should spend some coins around here.

9.9 Machines close to the entrance of the bathrooms

The bathrooms are a place where everybody may need to go to! So thats a location where lots
of people are frequently passing by. When players hit big jackpots, people entering or going
out from the restrooms will be willing to come back there to spend more money with the
machines that just paid a lot!

10. Which slots to stay away from ?

Now, you should be able to locate the high-paying machines. But as there are loose slots,
some machines are very tight too, so you must be able to avoid them by knowing exactly how
to LOCATE them. So lets see where the worst machines are.

The front entrance of the casino
The gaming tables
Aisles around the table players
Progressive slot machines
Show entrances, buffet lines and check-in lines
The sports books, horse betting and other non-slot gambling
Machines that are hidden
Non-casino outlets

10.1 The front entrance of the casino

At the beginning, casinos placed the loosest machines at the front of the building, right next to
the entrance, in order to encourage people walking by to enter the casino and begin to spend
their money. But nowadays, this has changed. Indeed, casinos now prefer to have people

inside, not too close to the exit, and place the high-paying machines in the walk into the
casino to entice people to come and reach the main areas, where the low-paying machines are
actually standing. So even though you can see people hitting big jackpots on a slot near the
front entrance, dont forget that these machines are LOW PAYING MACHINES, and you
would be more likely to lose your money playing them.

10.2 The gaming tables

People who are used to playing on the casinos gaming tables usually spend much more money
than slot players. Everybody knows that, especially Casinos. And as a matter of fact, Casinos
dont want them to be distracted by the coins making noise each time somebody hits a
jackpot. For this reason, you wont find slot machines near the gaming tables. But there is
another explanation for that: usually, people who use to go to Casinos are addicted to ONE
type of game. Some of them play slots, other ones prefer gaming tables. So generally table
players wont be interested in slot machines.

For these reasons, Casinos prefer not to place loose machines close to the gaming tables.

10.3 Aisles around the gaming tables

The aisles near by the gaming tables are to be avoided; they house low-paying machines.
Why? Because table players, when leaving the pit area, will usually walk down these aisles.
So the loosest machines wont be placed here.

10.4 Progressive slot machines

These machines are called this because of their very high progressive jackpots. As you can
guess, the higher the jackpots you can hit on a machine will be, the less chances you will have
to hit them. Of course, if you are really lucky, maybe sometime you will hit a much bigger
jackpot on one of these machines. But maybe you will have spent much more money before
that in attempting to win. Im teaching you how to make sure to hit jackpots on loose
machines each time you visit a casino. So follow my advice and stay away from these
progressive slot machines; you now know where the high-paying ones are located!

10.5 Show entrances, buffet lines and check-in lines

If you were collecting tickets or waiting for a show, maybe you would not like to be distracted
by the noise of the coins, especially if you were trying to figure out which activity to choose
and which one not to choose. Thats why casinos dont place loose slot machines close to
show entrances, buffet lines and check-in lines.

10.6 Sports books, horse betting and other non-slot gambling

Usually, people playing at the sports book, like table players, are not interested in slot
machines. So there is no reason for casinos to place high-paying machines here. Some players
will sometimes play several coins in these machines, but it would be useless to try to
encourage them to play more and more, as they are not regular slot players.

10.7 Machines that are hidden

Dont play machines that you can not easily locate. If they are hidden, or placed in small areas
where people cannot gather, casinos dont have any reasons to put loose machines there.
High-paying machines only exist to encourage people to play more and more, but for that,
players MUST SEE THEM. If its not the case, it wont be profitable to casinos.

10.8 Non-casino outlets

Dont play slot machines in non-gaming establishments. For instance, pubs, airports, clubs,
snack bars People who usually play here are people kind of bored who just want to spend a
little bit time having fun. There is no reason for the owners of these places to try to encourage
them to come back. So the tighter the machines are, the more money these non-gaming
establishments will make. So avoid them--you would be more likely to lose your money.

11. Now its time to make money

Now, the best part is coming. After walking around in one of the casinos you have selected,
you should have been able to draw a good floor plan of the place. Maybe its not perfect yet.
But hopefully its fair enough. Each time you come back to this casino, you will have to try to
figure out how to improve your floor plan, it will be better and better at guessing which
machines are likely to pay well. Dont think that because you drew a floor plan for each
casino, thats it, youre ready to beat the slots! You will probably need to make some
changes to improve it each time you enter the same casino until your floor plan is nearly
perfect. A good way to improve your plan is to sit down somewhere in the casino, and then
watch the players when the casino is crowded enough. You will be quickly able to mark the
difference between professional players and beginners, and then you should figure out which
machines are played by professional players, and which ones are REALLY loose slots.

The machines which seem to be loose must match the high-paying slots on your floor plan. If
not, take more time to see how loose they are. If they seem to correspond to the loose slot
machines on your plan, then YOU DID IT! You have probably found a high-paying slot
machine. When you are pretty sure you have located a loose machine, write down the slot
bank number of the slot on a notepad. All machines have a little sticker pasted on the front.
Thanks to theses numbers, you will be able to track the machines down in case the casino
moves them.

Once you know which machines are high-paying ones, you will have to test them. First play
$15 at the most through the 5 and 25 cent machines, and a maximum of $20 through the one

dollar and up machines. This way, you will figure out whether the machine is hot or not. If,
on your coin test, the machine just takes your money without paying back some money and
without any interesting activity, then just use your floor plan to locate another high-paying
machine. But if it pays you money very soon, with high activity, it is probably a hot
machine thats ready to pay off and maybe to allow you to hit big jackpots. Because of the
payback percentage of the machines, you might hit several jackpots in a row. So if you hit
one, dont leave the machine; just use the $15 and $20 method again, according to the slot you
are playing, until you finish your assigned number of coins. If you hit another jackpot, do it
again. If you dont, the slot is probably cold and keeping playing on it means losing money.
So leave it and try another loose slot, thanks to your floor plan. If a machine pays you well,
dont leave! First make sure it has definitely finished to releasing the cash! Never forget that
you must never leave without making sure the machine has finished paying off.

Now, you know where you can find the loose slots, but dont forget that high-paying
machines can also be found in main areas. Usually, casinos will also place them in ratios from
one loose machine out of four, to one loose one out of ten or more in really big areas. Here,
there is no method to locate them. J ust have a look at them, try to watch people playing them,
even ask them for some information. If you succeed in finding a loose slot in a main area, it is
almost certain that none of the ones close by will be loose. So dont be tempted to leave this
one to play the one on its left or on its right; your money will probably be swallowed by the
machines.

Some people will be glad to tell you about their experience, about what they know, to explain
to you which slots to play, and which ones to stay away from. You can also try to befriend
any of the casino employees; it might be the best way to learn good information. Actually, I
can tell you for sure that casino staff wont know which slots are more likely to be loose ones.
Casinos dont tell them. But they are pretty used to seeing people playing, winningor
losing! And they could probably tell you with accuracy which machines make people hit the

Some casinos advertise a 98% percent payback. A slot holding just two percent! Great! But
look closely at the advertisement; the fine print probably says "selected machines" or up to
98%. As the 98% machines wont be identified, you can also try asking the change person
(dont hesitate to accompany your request by a little tip). Better yet, find out which machines
are most popular with local players. Locals don't play tight slots.

12. Bonus payout

Some slots work in a different way than usual slot machines. You can take advantage of them
by using the weakness of other players, mostly beginners, unconsciousness. Actually, some
machines allow you to work towards a bonus payout as you are playing. Many machines like
this exist, including Piggy Bankin and Fort Knox machines. Once the piggy is full or the
bank code cracked, you get all the money.

Casinos earn lots of money with these machines because people who dont know anything
about how they work play them. But if you try this method, you should be able to find a
machine with a very high temporary payback percentage, raised by other players. Sometimes

Here is my advice: just put a coin in to check the progression of the previous player(s). Some
of them know when to leave, but other ones dont! And many players will leave these

will get great opportunities to hit the jackpot, thanks to the previous player(s).

13. No payout, better leave

It is quite usual to see people hit huge jackpots just after spending a few minutes and little
money on a machine. Actually, most big jackpots are hit after a few minutes of play, no
matter which kind of slot it is. So whats the reason for that? The machines pay better at the
beginning of a session? No, of course not. There would be no incentive for casinos to do this.
The reason is simple: players used to stay between 10 and 15 minutes with a machine. No
more. They wont go on spending their money if the machine is in a cold cycle. As most
people leave after 10 or 20 minutes, we understand why big jackpots are usually hit after a
short time.

Do the same! Dont stay if the machine does not seem like its in a hot cycle. We already
know that the payout percentage corresponds to the amount of money given back, according
to the money collecting. But this percentage will be calculated over thousands, even hundreds
of thousands of spins! Thats why you can play a machine for hours without hitting any big
jackpot or play the same machine for 10 minutes and get a lot of cash. Sometimes, winning
combinations will appear very often, sometimes you will hardly see one This phenomenon
is called hot and cold cycles. So if after putting 10 or 20 coins in, you hardly get a winning
combination, just move on. Dont keep losing your money. But if the machine seems to be in
a neutral cycle, neither hot nor cold, go on playing: you dont lose anything and the

machine may enter a hot cycle in a while. You have nothing to lose! (Keep playing as long as
your bankroll stays about even).

Moreover, while you are having fun putting your money in and getting it back, you are
accumulating slot club points.
But dont forget this: As soon as the slot machine gets cold, move on! You would be just
losing your money.

14. Money management

Set a loss limit on your bankroll for both your entire trip and for each individual playing
session. Divide your gambling money into playing sessions, discipline yourself and stick to
your promise. Stop playing once you've reached a pre-determined limit. For example, if you
allotted $50 for a session, stop playing when youve either doubled your money or lost it all.
Don't get caught up in the "I need to win my money back" mentality. You wont get your
