GUIDING PRINCIPLES FOR THE PASSIONATE ADVENTURER
We honor the brilliance of our gifts and act as a
lighthouse for others.
Its our duty to not only acknowledge and embrace our
own greatness, but the liberation of others depends on it.
Through examples we set, we inspire others to shine.
We create paths we never want to stop walking,
and blaze trails for others to follow.
We believe in creating a Right Now that we want to keep
expanding, and not sacrice our happiness for fulllment
that never comes.
We commit to our purpose daily, and choose to

Living on our own terms is not a singular event or momen-
tary transformation. Its a continuous process that is alive
and unfolding. In order for us to stay true to our path, we
must recommit to it every day.
We question the status quo, but arent rebels
without a cause.
Questioning and criticism are both vital to living authenti-
cally, but we know that deconstructing everything for the
sake of it is dumb.
We know that great actions beat great ideas any
day.
Its easy to sit on the sidelines and talk a big game. But
its only those who change the game that are remembered
when theyre gone. We are game-changers.
We use money as a tool for supporting our great
work, and dont let it rule over us.
Money in its purest form is simply the exchange of value.
The more value we create for others, the more we receive.
We believe that joy is found in the path, not the
destination.
Rather than chasing fulllment and joy, we choose goals
that improve the present moment. Whether or not a pur-
suit creates more happiness now is our ultimate litmus test.
We accept that a willingness to fail and make
fools of ourselves is the secret to progress.
Taking risks and creating change requires that we do things
beyond our known powers. That usually involves awkward-
ness, uncertainty and lots of mistakes. We embrace our
failures because we know that the rewards far outweigh the
risks.
We believe in operating at full expression, and
leaving it all in the eld.
We want to create lives worth remembering, and that de-
mands us giving everything weve got.
We deliberately blur the lines between work and
play.
We know that integration is more valuable than compart-
mentalizing our lives. We mix our labor and leisure and
