Coach Sommer is a long time National Team Coach
for the US Mens Gymnastics Team.
He has personally developed several National Cham-
pions and over the course of his career has trained
hundreds and hundreds of state, regional and
national level medalists. He also is the only
gymnastics coach in the world at the elite
level to work with adult tness populations.
GymnasticBodies is the only program in the world of
its kind that has been proven successful both with
elite athletes and adult beginners.
This is largely due to Coach Sommer developing
his athletes from day one all the way until they are
polished national competitors. The GymnasticBodies
program is the result of what works to produce these
champions from scratch.

What does a workout look like?
Most beginners can master the core curriculum in 3-4 years.
If you are exceptionally in shape or out of shape, that time
will change.
The primary factor in your success will be the work you are
willing to put into the program. Genetics, height, gender,age,
size are all minor players compared to this. Our students
vary widely, yet all who put in the work see incredible gains.

You can make muscles stronger by lifting weights, but it does not
transfer to bodyweight skills.
Gymnastic Strength Training makes you strongest using exercises
that work your entire body while also becoming more exible, less
injury prone, more mobile, and evenly muscular. GST transfers
extremely well to weight lifting. Coach Sommers students have
walked into the weight room and pulled a 3x bodyweight dead-
lift, benched 2x bodyweight after learning technique, and jerked
150% bodyweight within the rst 40 minutes of Olympic lifting
instruction. We love weight training, but only after you properly
prepare your body rst.
