AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING DEMOLITION

THIS AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING DEMOLITION is made this the 7
th
day of JUNE, 2014 (TWO
THOUSAND FOURTEEN) BETWEEN SRI _____________________________, son of
___________________________ by faith _________________, by Occupation Business, residing at
_______________________________
____________________________________ hereinafter called and referred to as the DEVELOPER
(which term or expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the context be deemed to mean and
include his heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns ) of the FIRST PART .

SRI CHANDAN MALLICK, son of Gonga Mallick, by faith Hindu, by occupation Business, by
nationality Indian, residing at 12, Madan Pal Lane, Kolkata 700 026 hereinafter called and referred to
as the BUILDING DEMOLISION CONTRACTOR of the SECOND PART.

WHEREAS the Building Owner is seized and possessed of or otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to
Premises No. 54, Suhasini Ganguli Street, Kolkata 700 026 (3 storeyed Building ) as absolute owner
thereof.

AND WHEREAS the Demolition contractor has approached the Contractor/Developer and requested the
Contractor/Developer to entrust him with the Demolition work of the old three storeyed building at
Premises No. 54, Suhasini Ganguli Street, Kolkata 700 026, at the cost, expenses risk and liability of the
Demolition contractor.

FOR allowing the Demolition contractor to demolish the old 3 storeyed building the Demolition
contractor shall pay a sum of Rs. 6,90,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Ninety thousand) only to the Developer/
Contractor as consideration money.

That the said Demolition Contractor / second party shall pay a sum of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs
only) today on 7/6/2014 to the Developer/Contractor/First Part as an Advance and the balance
consideration money shall be paid after 21 days from the date of starting of this said demolision work.

The Balance consideration money a sum of Rs. 2,90,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs ninenty thousand) only to
be paid by the Demolition contractor to the Developer within 21 days from the date hereof.

That the demolition contractor shall be entitled to get the entire debris, all basement materials, bricks, Iron
rod, grills , wooden doors, and windows, wooden beam, etc. etc. and all broken materials and shall be
entitled to sell price of the debris.

That the said Demolition work shall be done within 80 (Eighty) days from the date of starting of the
work.

That the demolition contractor shall obtain all necessary permission from the concerned authorities in
respect of carrying out the demolition work.

That the Police Problem and Kolkata Municipal Corporation problem shall be faced and also solved by
the CONTRATOR/ DEVELOPER/ IST PARTY.

That any local club problem and other miscellaneous problems will be solved by the DEMOLITION
CONTRACTOR/ SECOND PARTY.

THAT all demolished building materials will be sold by the Demolision to any third party as per the basis
of market price and in this case nobody will take any objection.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have set and subscribed their hands on the day month and
year first above written.
