CEMENT TYPE
Portland cement - CEM I 42,5 R
MAIN CHARACTERISTIC
Very high initial strengths
CEMENT USAGE
According SR EN 206/1-2002, SR 13510/2006, CP 012/1-2007,
NE 013- 2002 and INCERC researches.
Civil, industrial, social and cultural building structures that need
fast execution during all seasons (including winter time) by reinforced/
prestressed concrete classes from C16/20 to C40/50.
Fine concrete C30/37, C35/45, C40/50 for construction elements
with thin dimensions and for repairing works to bridges, buildings,
roads, that have to return in service in short time ( from 1 to 3 days)
Roads, bridges and tunnels special for road concrete BcR3,5, BcR4,
BcR4,5, BcR5 in resistance layers for road systems, plane runways,
industrial platforms, other trafc surfaces with short commissioning
time. Reinforced/prestressed concrete for road bridges, railway bridges,
tunnels, etc. Concrete classes: C25/30, C30/37, C35/45, C40/50.
Bridges, tunnels, viaducts.
Precast elements made from reinforced/ prestressed concrete
hardened without thermal ageing or with reduced thermal ageing. Light
precast elements: concrete pavements, curbs, cement roof tiles, hard
or aerated concrete bricks. Medium precast elements: concrete railway
sleepers, beams, pillars. Heavy precast elements: big dimensions
beams and pillars, high speed railway sleepers with concrete classes
C25/30C40/50.
Construction works during winter time (temperatures below 5C)
Dry mortars and adhesives for ceramic tiles and polystyrene.
