Faults and replaced in Blowing Machinery Mega MG-E2500 (two cavities) automatic

During startup process and development of the MG-E2500 Blowing machine and its molds of
330ml and 1.5 l San Tome Disinfectant 1 l. M2 failures occurred during the production
process, which had to be corrected, even using parts of the another new blowing Machine
Mega MG-E2500 which has not been installed. It is important to note that the plates that
include the serials ot the machines were removed at the port of shipment which makes it
impossible to identify them.

Below failures that have occurred to date are listed

Failure 1 - The actuators of the machine did not respond to the signal from lack of air, the
input connector 1/2 NPT x 12 mm was replaced.


Failure 2 The electromechanical valve Festo MLH - April 5-1 4-B that sends the
signal rise and fall of the base was not operational (not driving) it was replaced by the
machine that is still not installed, since there was not this type of valve in the stock of spare
parts sent by the supplier of the blowing machine.




Failure t 3 - stop limit switch based pneumatic actuators that secure and separate
preforms is broke, it was replaced with the same part of the machine that is about to install,
as there was no stock of it.




























Failure 4 - Two input connectors and 6mm x 4mm output signal that distribute air handlers
preforms were damaged. Replaced with the machine that has not been installed because it
does not come in the stock of spare parts supplier sent

e 5- Se parti la pinza sujetadora al manipulador de preformas, reemplazada por una de la
mquina que an no se ha instalado ya que no vino en el stock de repuestos enviado por el
proveedor.



Failure 6- The contact terminal to one of the three-phase compressor contactors,
Schneider brand, model LC1E65 got damaged ... N, it was replaced for the compressed air
system that has not yet been installed is damaged, since there were no physical inventory to
replenish.











Failure 7 - Delix relay QX-13 F2 was damaged in the electrical control box of compressors.it
was Replaced box compressor control system that has not yet been installed.


Failure 8 - Female connector 1|4 got broken, Brand Flare in one of the compressors.



Failure 9 - The cooling channel reflection sheet furnace 1 had no fixing screws to the
base which originated output position thereof thanks to the vibration emitted by the machine
water damaging connectors which had to be replaced and the channel had to be fixed to the
base with screws domestic purchase.










Failure 10 - Problems with the transmission of the oven. The main axis of the wear
suffered a fracture and causing the disintegration bearing thereof. Obstructing the movement
that allows the transfer of the preforms in the oven, the obstruction created a clash between
the supports of the preform in the furnace chains with star preforms input thereto (oven)







Additional problems arise where the team is on the computer preforms and download the track
because the preforms tend to agglomerate and projected out of the computer and not fall

The machine has been produced to date is the date 26512 bottles starting on 4/14/2014, giving an
average of 3314 bottles per day production in 8 days, unable to have larger runs to 4 consecutive
hours failures that obstruct the normal development of the blowing process presented
