AT&T NAMES ADAM M. RAGAB DIRECTOR OF RETAIL SALES
Wireless Veteran Leads AT&T Owned Retail Stores in the Bronx, Westchester,
Putnam, Orange and Rockland Counties in New York, and Northern New J ersey


WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., JUNE 25, 2014 AT&T* today announced that Adam M. Ragab has
been appointed to oversee AT&T owned retail stores in the Bronx as well as Westchester,
Putnam, Orange and Rockland Counties in New York, and in Northern New Jersey. Ragab most
recently served as director of sales in Virginia and has also held various sales management
positions with AT&T in the New York metropolitan area.

Adam is an exemplary executive who has a proven track record of delivering the highest levels
of service to our very tech-savvy customers, said Thomas DeVito, vice president and general
manager AT&T New York/New Jersey. Were thrilled to welcome Adam back to his metro New
York wireless roots as he leads retail sales and guides our team in assisting customers in their
wireless decisions for their professional and personal lives.

Born and raised in Queens, Ragab will manage sales operations and teams for more than 30
AT&T retail locations. Im excited to be back in the New York metro area working with a team
who offer our customers competitive pricing, cool products and deliver a top notch customer
experience, said Ragab.

A nine-year AT&T veteran, Ragab has won numerous awards and improved store performance
throughout the New York metro area and in Virginia. He holds a degree in Business
Management and Hospitality Management from New York University and is working towards a
Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University in Miami. He is also
fluent in Arabic.


Ragab lives with his wife Nancy and their two sons, Ziad and Zain in Metuchen, New Jersey.
