In Violation of: 609.185 Subd. (a)(l); 609.11, subd. 5(a)

That te defndant, Marcus Michael Bashaw, then and there being, did wrongflly, unlawflly, and floniously cause the death of a
human being, to-wit: Jefery Jerome Schutz, with premeditation ad with itent to efect the deat of Jefery Jerome Schutz.

Charge: Dangerous Weapon -Firearm Murder - 2nd Degree - With Intent-Not Premeditated
In Violation of: 609;19 Subd. 1(1); 609.11, subd. 5(a)
Penalty: Not less than three (3) nor more than frty (40) years imprisonment.
That te defndat, Marcus Michael Barshaw, then and tere being, did wrongflly, unlawflly, ad floniously cause te deat of a
human being, to-wit: Jefery Jerome Schutz, with intent to efect te death of that person or anoter, but without premeditation.

That the defndat, Marcus Michael Bashaw, then and there being, did wrongflly, unlawflly, and floniously assault a peace ofcer, to
wit: Deput Chad Meemen, by using or attempting to use deadly force against the ofcer while the offi cer was engaged in te
performance of a duty imposed by law, policy, or rule.
