This project aims to utilize human energy that is wasted when people are resting or exercising at gyms. It notes that many young people like to go to gyms for exercise but some want to go but lack time. It also provides information on the average watts of power produced by humans at rest and during exercise and includes a chart showing the estimated kilojoules burned per 30 minutes of various activities for a range of body weights from 50kg to 150kg. The goal is to capture this wasted human energy during rest and exercise.

Main idea of the project In this project we had tried to utilize human energy which is wasted when they are in the state of rest and while exercising in gyms. First of all let us take a look at the following facts- 1. As we all know that most of the young people like to go to gym for body building or for staying fit. The following pie chart shows us the clear image.
2. The average human, at rest, produces around 100 watts of power. This equates to around 2000 kcal of food energy, which is why your recommended daily intake of calories is around 2000 kcal. Over periods of a few minutes (or a few hours in the case of trained athletes), we can comfortably sustain 300-400 watts and in the case of very short bursts of energy, such as sprinting, some humans can output up to 2,000 watts.
chart showing the habit of people regarding gyms goes to gym regularly goes to gym ocasionally don't goes to gym wants to go to gym but in vain due to lack of time This chart provides us an estimated number of kilojoules burne per kilo of body weight per 30 minutes and the total kilojoules burned for a range of body weight (50, 100 & 150kg.) per 30 minutes.
