INDEMNITY BOND

Know all men present here that I, Sambhunath Mallick, son of Late Krishnadhan
Mallick aged about 83 years, by occupation retired Headmaster, residing at BB/14/B,
Salt Lake, Kolkata-700 064, carrying on business in the Name and style GRANTHA
MELA at College Street Market stall No. A(P)-12, known as (Varna Parichay), for
myself/ourselves, my/our heirs, executors, administrator, representative and assigns:
That the above College Street Market stall No. A(P)-12 formerly allotted in the name
of three persons, namely (1) Sachindra Nath Guha, Dharmadas Samanta, and
Sambhunath Mallick as Recorded Permit Holder.
Thereafter, consecutively two partners one by one have withdrawn either or left the
business and relinquished their individual right forever from the said business and
stall.
That, Sabhindra Nath Guha, retired from School and also passed away on 08.03.1984
and his legal heirs have withdrawn their interest from the business by taking a sum
of Rs. 13,000/-, (Necessary document enclosed).
Thereafter, Dharmadas Samanta, since retired from school and also died on
26.10.2004 and his legal heirs left the business by taking a sum of Rs. 20,000/-
(necessary document enclosed,)
As such, Sambhunath Mallick remains, as the only existing stall holder, who now
wants to handover the stall to his only son, namely Sri Subhro Mallick without any
objection from any quarter, hereby giving this Indemnity Bond:-
I, do hereby undertake to indemnify the Kolkata Municipal Corporation having
the Central Office at 5, Surendra Nath Banerjee Road, Kolkata-700 013 by an
amount equal to double the mutation charges.
I, do hereby further undertake to keep the Kolkata Municipal Corporation
indemnified at all times against all losses, claims, damages and cost which the
Kolkata Municipal Corporation may suffer or incur as a result of mutation of the
stall in my sons favour.
I, do further agree that the permit in my sons favour in respect of the said stall
may at any time thereafter be cancelled and in that event, Kolkata Municipal
Corporation will be entitled to take over possession of the said stall.
