MČS ­ Mobile pumping station is a compact, all in one technical and tactical unit. MČS comes 
in three versions to suit the applications:

1. Version P – Support Frame Design 
2. Version S – Box Container Design
3. Version K – Floating Container Design 

MČS is designed for pumping­off water out of flooded areas, irrigation and for re­pumping huge 
quantities of water. 

Easy mobility, operation quick launch, great pumping capacity and supplementary equipment 
and   accessories   allow   using   it   under   complicated   conditions   of   drainage,   such   as   during  high  
floods, tsunami, earthquake or  similar natural disasters.

MČS Applications

The main application of the SIGMA MCS pump is as an 
emergency technical equipment for pumping big  
quantities of water, that is between 300 ­ 1500 liter per  
second of flooded areas.

The equipment may also cope with other consequences of environmental disasters such as 
protection of water resources from inundation water, flood water lagoons and unblocking 
thoroughfares. In addition , mobile pumping stations may also be applied to drainage and irrigation 
works where fast pumping­out of water is required such as in agriculture and anywhere else since 
no electric power is required to operate necessity and fast pumping­out water is required.

Design

Pump­set consists of a pump, a coupling and a diesel engine with accessories installed on a frame, 
a wheel­type undercarriage and/or a sealed container.  We are able to deliver even further design 
versions, inclusive of accessories, on the customer wish.

Version K ­ Floating Container Design

Version K can handle problems with high or low water level because of its floating capability.
For instance in an accident of heavy flood with water level of few meters height where the 
transport  would stuck or sank in the water, version K could float and operate. 
On the otherhand version K also working for low level water like other versions.

For example the “Type” 20 ­ 1500

The vertical height between the minimum and 
the maximum point in meters. 
The suction capability in liter 
For example from the place the pump suck in  per second
the water and to where the pump throw out 
the water.

  

Explanation for the Models & Technical Capability
The suction power of 1500 liter/s mentioned is for the specific height of 20 m. 
However for height which is higher than 20 m, the suction power would be lesser 
Than 1500 liter/second

History of Mobile Pumping Station
 In France
Mobile Pumping Stations had been proven
 solving a number of critical events 
in Europe. 
One of a good example is the large
 flood in Arles, France on Dec 2003 
where 30,000 people were evacuated. 

In the events squads from Germany, 
France, Belgium, Italy and
 Czech came to rescue. 

Sigma MCS had proved that he is superior 
and very practically compared to others.
