for Bid No. STC-0836

GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK
COMPANY has identified modifications and reactivations to the existing facilities required to overcome the effects of
the aging, deterioration, increasing production rate and realibility, and return the facilities to a safe operating
condition. Based on thoroughly technical assessment and evaluation, long term remediation would be:
Reactivation Platform/Flow Station
Retrofit Project
Fire & Gas Upgrade on Platfrom/Flowstation
Other brownfield modification related to infill, and NUI reliability& Integrity Improvement.

Company will issue Work Order to execute the above works. Contractor shall provide manpower, tools,
equipment, consumbles material, whereas the major equipment is Marine support vessel consist of
Construction Work Barge, AHT and Utility vessel as per required specification c/w fuel and crews. Contractor
scope of workconsist of:
Accommodation for Personnel,
BMS services & marine specific communication system
Cargo vessel/construction vessel
Logistic support (e.g. moving personnel and material)
Emergency support
Construction management
Construction & installation engineering
Fabrication/Construction
Offshore installation
Testing, precommissiong, commissioning and assistance to start up

To participate in this tender, potential Bidders shall register by submitting the following requirements:
1. Application letter
2. Shareholder chart
3. Organization chart
4. Relevant Business License
5. Commitment letter to achieve minimum Local Content requirement as requested above
6. Last year Financial Statement audited by Registered Public Accountant (with requirements: Large Scale Business:
Equity greater than Rp. 10,000,000,000 or revenue greater than Rp. 50,000,000,000).
7. Potential Bidder who participates as a Local Company (Perusahaan Dalam Negeri) shall stipulate their Local
Company status in the Expression of interest letter and shall submit all required documents refer to and comply
with amendment PTK007-Revisi-II/PTK/I/2011 dated 4 April 2013

Potential Bidder who intends to participate as a Consortium/Joint Operation/Association shall register as a
Consortium/Joint Operation/Association in this Pre-Qualification process (please stipulate in the expression of
interest letter).
