Skills and Work Solutions are recruiting a Resourcer to generate active direct candidates to fill current roles and build a pool of candidates for future requirements, and to combine efficient organisational and administrative skills with practical computer usage. Based in Manchester City Centre.
The duties of the job include:
To co-ordinate the collection, updating and recording of all client information details and CVs received on the database as required by both Companies and Recruitment and Placement consultants (RPCs). Working with the RPCs to place advertisements in local newspapers, on-line job boards, mail shots and e-shots to ensure the number of candidates sourced are maximised Networking and obtaining of candidate referrals Screening CVs and pre-screening candidates prior to the RPC selection process. Generating leads and candidates via appropriate and assigned recruitment tools; i.e. Intranet, professional groups, research, employee/candidate referrals, recruitment days. Conducting candidate registrations and build strong rapport with candidates. Maintaining or designing office systems to ensure the meeting of given criteria. Undertaking general office duties such as upkeep of office appearance, stationary ordering, petty cash, opening mail and reception duties where called for. Answering the telephone and greeting clients. To liaise with internal, external partners and the general public as appropriate, both in person via phone or e-mail in both a professional and informal manner. To deliver in both a professional and informal manner information to the general public. To seek ways to continuously improve service and own performance and report to Manager on this. Marketing, networking and promotion of service to partner organisations and clients. Actively participating in all associated Administration work including report writing, collecting and analysing management information, evaluating service and audit and review of paperwork as appropriate.
