Lecture on Tibetan Fire Ceremony
The vision of Clear Light Mindfulness is to bring the depth and power of traditional techniques
of meditation and mind training into the modern world in a way that is accessible and
effective for individuals in the midst of daily life. At home, at work, in the studio, and in ones
relationships, the practice of mindfulness is a profound method for bringing insight to the pain,
stress, and confusion that limits the realization of our full human potential.
