The founding of FACHADAS VENTILADAS DE LA MANCHA S.L. was prompted by
the development of FAVEMANC Ventilated Faade Systems by its mother company
Gres de la Mancha S.L., leader and pioneer in the production of pavement and
cladding in Extruded Klinker Clay for the construction sector. Both are parts of
the renowned GRUPO PASTRANA, group integrated by strongly established
companies settled at La Mancha area. PASTRANA Groups companies are mainly
focused on the projection of ceramic solutions for the new era of construction.
Wi t h t he endorsement of t he experi ence of several generat i ons devel opi ng
extruded klinker clay solutions, FACHADAS VENTILADAS DE LA MANCHA offers
comprehensive Ventilated Faade Systems to the modern building sector. These
syst ems encompass product i on, i ni t i al assessment , proj ect pl anni ng and
execution accomplished by a team of professional experts in FAVEMANC systems
erection.
Undeniable realities, such as global warming, raise the need for environmental
awareness. Consequently, the new Spanish Technical Code of Construction also
focuses its demands towards building more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
FAVEMANC Ventilated Faade Systems are a proven example of commitment to
innovation based on the need to integrate energy saving in the environment
and in the sphere of everyday life and work.
FAVEMANC Ventilated Faade Systems are a constructive solution applicable
to both new construction and refurbishment of old facades. The latter is especially
attractive, not only because of the embellishment of its appearance, but also
f or t he added energet i c benef i t s acqui red by t he bui l di ng, whi ch i ncrease
considerably the value of the investment.
The result is a stylised, highly resilient faade, resistant to extreme temperature
changes, easy and relatively fast to lay. The systems add an important benefit
with regards to energy saving, a notable factor in noise reduction and easy
mai nt enance due t o i t s ant i -graf f i t i surf ace i n a wi de range of col ours.
The systems comply fully with the Spanish New Code of Construction and are
endor sed by t he cor r espondi ng t echni cal sui t abi l i t y document (DI T).
Con nuestra aportacin en el campo tanto de nueva construccin como de rehabilitacin, damos un fuerte impulso
en la mejora de las ciudades, reduciendo la emisin de gases de efecto invernadero, aportando soluciones como

puentes trmicos. Los sistemas de Fachada Ventilada FAVEMANC incorporan una tecnologa aislante que controla
y opt i mi za l a f l uct uaci n de t emperat ura de t al modo que se t raduce en un i mport ant e ahorro de consumo
energtico, a la vez que fomenta la reduccin de emisin de C02 a la atmsfera. De igual importancia para la mejora

customization option. Using a sophisticated
digital printing, colour is applied directly to the
extruded Klinker plate. This action is integrated
into the manufacturing process of printed face,
ensur i ng t hat t he pl at es keep al l t he
characteristics and qualities of the ventilated
faade FAVEMANC, including colour fastness.
Faade customization by direct digital printing
is a different and creative way to apply corporate
logos and large-format images to a building,
and it allows also decorating facades with
optical effects of materials and textures, custom
designs etc. Possibilities are almost unlimited.
