Gindara teriyaki

Ingredients Preparations
kilo gindara fillet, sliced into four

For teriyaki sauce:
kilo gindara bones
2cups soy sauce
cup mirin
1/3 cup water
3 Tbsps. Brown sugar
2 tsps. Dashi
Ginger s sliced

1. To prepare the teriyaki sauce: grill the
gindara bones, transfer to a saucepan and
add all the other sauce ingredients. Allow
to boil for 20minutes.allow to cool a little

2. Dip the gindara fillet in the sauce. Grill the
fillet. Be sure to dip the fillet 3 times more
in the sauce while grilling. Serve
immediately when done.

Beef teppanyaki
Ingredients Preparations
kilo beef sirloin cubed
2 tsps. Oil
1 Tbsp butter
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 head garlic , browned
Dash of soy sauce

For the vegetable sidings:
1 cup beansprouts
1 bell pepper, julienned
2 onions, sliced into rounds
4 pcs button mushroom
2 pcs asparagus
1 cup carrot, julienned
1. Heat oil or butter in a pan and fry the beef.
Add the garlic and season with salt, pepper
and soy sauce.

2. Heat oil or butter in another pan and cook
the vegetable sidings. Add some salt,
pepper and soy sauce to taste


3. Place the beef on a serving plate along
with the sidings and serve immediately

Scramble eggs with cream cheese
Ingredients Preparations
5 eggs slightly beaten
1 pack cream cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
1 cup cream
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 paprika
2 Tbsps. Dry sherry ( cooking wine)
1. Using a double broiler, melt the butter and
cream cheese
2. Heat the cream and add to the melted
butter and cream cheese
3. Season with salt and paprika
4. Add the eggs. Stir.
5. Add the dry sherry and cook some more.
Serve immediately.

Chicken cordon bleu
Ingredients Preparations
4p 1. Debone the chicken and pound as thinly
as possible. Season with salt, pepper and
fried chicken seasoning: set aside
2. To prepare the coating: Mix the flour with
the cheese, eggs and milk; set aside
3. Place some flour on a chopping board and
lay chicken on top followed by slice of
cheese and a cube of butter. Fold the
chicken and enclose the contents tightly.
Dip in the coating. Followed by the bread
crumbs.
4. Deep- fry the chicken in oil. Serve the
cheese sauce
5. To prepare the sauce: combine all the
Ingredients and whisk over stove until it
boils
